I enjoy the short rib Korean tacos at Best Friend. (I know it’s not authentic). Went to la popular yesterday and the quesobirria tacos were very delicious! But I’m still cheap so Sharky’s and Chipotle still take the cake overall. Oh wait that all you can eat Border Grill at Mandelay Bay is fuuunnnn. 😮😊🌮 Thanks for the great video Shin! 🎉

Big fan of your enthusiasm and video editing. You take great big, hardy bites. I love the screen transitions with some great B-roll with soft music. When I visit Vegas I never get outside of the strip or downtown due to the cost of transport and I don't want to drive and park. I last visited the Palms under the previous owner Maloof in 2005.

Thank you for another great video! Being from SoCal originally, I am so spoiled by having had some great Mexican food at my fingertips. I had originally thought about how I would never pay $21.00 for a plate of tacos, and then thought better of it. I'll probably get somewhat preachy and philosophical here, but I realized that there is no reason why we shouldn't be willing to pay for an amazing birria or pastor taco (for example), than a good plate of pasta. I lived and worked in restaurants in Italy. I COMPLETELY respect the craft. BUT, a good taco is a good taco, and my mouth was literally watering at a couple of your plates. My rant has absolutely nothing to do with you or your reviews. Just something I happened to thinking about 😂. As always, I completely respect your uninhibited, honest opinion! Keep up the good work!
SoCal is truly blessed with some of the best Mexican food around. And I don't know why that perception exists. Maybe because we have cheap fast food options for Mexican but not really for Italian dishes? Not sure. Interesting thought. Thanks for watching!

if i understood your comments correctly, this eatery comes from mexico. seems to be heavy on the tacos and at a high price. really outstanding eats can be had in mexico and i do not see them offered here. this eatery is american mexico taste at a high price. i think las vegas has much cheaper outstanding taco eateries to be enjoyed.
CDMX is a restaurant group from Mexico City as I understand it. I haven't really been to any of their establishments before. It's certainly cheaper here than the other upscale Mexican restaurant that comes to mind, Javier's at the Aria. But I agree, you can get such amazing tacos for less than $5 so unless you're looking for more elevated Mexican fare, I enjoy my $5 tacos just fine. Thanks for watching!

Shin I am really enjoying your restaurant review vlogs and shorts. My thought on this menu though seemed very pedestrian and not very authentic. It's Vegas so 7 to 11 dollars per taco can be forgiven if they are truly exceptional.
