As much as I love Chantecaille, the addition of glitter is an instant turn-off for me regarding the products. Glitter during the day doesn't work in the professional world and depending on your skin texture, it's the worst thing. Recently Chantecaille has been adding more glitter/sheen to their products and I know friends of mine have have backed off from the line when it comes to their seasonal products (myself included); never had to do that in the past. The items are beautiful but unless they can actually be used, I'm not purchaseing. What a shame. You look beautiful, as always and the review addressed every question I had.
That's completely understandable! The powder looks perfect in the pan but I was shocked to see how much shimmer there was! That glitter fleck is probably still in my pore lol xx
I have seen you wear the Chanel Pink Brown lippie and have resisted the urge to buy it because I have soooo many lippies, but girl, I won't wait any more and will buy it now. Lovely video and I love Chantecaille makeup. Happy Sunday. 😘😘😘

Hi Erin! I think turning down the light helped show off the glow for both powders. I'm brown, so the light powder is definitely NOT for me, lol. The highlighter looks gorgeous, but I noticed this year the gold companies are releasing for holiday is very yellow (on me anyway). I HATE the way yellow gold looks on me. I ordered the Tom Ford Soleil Cream and Powder Eye Color in Reflection sight unseen, and as soon as I applied the cream, I was like "Oh, nooo!" I'm off this week, so I guess I'll take a trip to the big mall before I purchase anything else this season. When you applied the highlighter to your cheek and looked at the glow, I laughed out loud! On camera it looks beautiful on you. But, I can see how it could be a little much IRL.
lol this highlight packs a punch! It is worth checking out if you're already planning to make a trip to the mall because it's gold, but not as yellow as it looks. It may be perfect for you! xx
Back here. I want the highlighter but still don’t know if it will be good for my skin. You said it’s better for other skin tones not fair skin tones :(
If you order it elsewhere be sure to buy the recommended brush for it. This foundation is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I get compliments every single time I wear it! REALLY!!! You don’t need a lot and be sure to buff it into the skin!!! It also lasts all day!!!!

The pearl compact is soft but not as creamy as the blur powder. The blurring powder can be used as a luminous setting powder but the pearly compact is more like a light highlighter :) xx

I have a medium complexion with blue eyes and brown hair and I'm not sure which one would look best, especially by just looking at the shades on the Nordstrom website. Any advice on a shade or shades? Thanks so much!!!!

I recently bought the Chanel Eau de Teint in the shade 'light' - if I want to keep that glowy, dewy almost 'my skin, but better look' without making anything too heavy or covered, what powder and highlighter would you recommend for luminosity and a little bit of colour/ warmth? I have dry skin, so on most days I feel I can skip the powder, but maybe for a night out or when the skin has some blemishes I am worried that the tint alone might be too little. I would be so happy about your advice. I am thinking about getting my hands on my first Tom Ford products? And you always look gorgeous! Thanks for all the videos!
