It's about western culture man, for best or for worst. Iam from a place where living with parent is a noble thing, even more so when you are married and living with you parents😂😂😂😅
I dont get why they always have to make lively uncomfortable simply because a 19 year old has his mom living with him...hes a damn kid still. He might have the money to survive but theres alot more a mother can still teach. Thats literally a teenager still
I’m so optimistic with this kid. I see so much potential. I wish Dallas can win the Season so he gets a ring while still a rookie. 🙏 Living with parents till early 20s’ is pretty normal here in the Philippines. Majority of Filipinos would live with their parents until they graduate in college at the age of around 20 or 22 unless they would study on another state or province. After college, those who decide to work on their home state or province, 70 to 80 percent of them would still prefer to live with their parents until they get married. Filipinos are very sociable and so they would always like to be around with their relatives and friends. So living with their parents for as long as they could makes everyone happy. 😉
It's because of the difference in the concept of family. In the west, spending time with your parents later in your life has to be scheduled. It's an appointment. Sa atin, it's normal to see them regularly/everyday. Sakanila, you have to move out. Find a new house. Sa atin, we expand our house/compound to accommodate the growing family.
he doesn’t go through this economy, he is a professional nba player making millions. But it’s normal that he lives with his mom, he cares for her and he needs her too
He turned Pro after 1 year at Duke so that he could give his Mom a better life especially since she had been suffering from Cancer. I would’ve definitely done the same thing with my Mom. I wish him nothing but great success and happiness.
She was involved with her son and the team. Her cancer that had gone into remission? Might have used wrong word, came back and passed away April 12. I think it definitely helped the team together and propel the as of now Western finals.
Mavs make a nice run in the playoffs, then I'm sure Lively and his mom will get a big fat endorsement deal. Then he can build her a whole campus on Ranch land.
@@vareseources you don't get it: he/she said that it's quite rare that a parent live under child's roof and not the other way around. But I also think that a family is the biggest wealth a person can have.
@@ortros1 ask Amanda Seyfried. She's married with kids and her mother never leave her. And Amanda didint want her mother to live alone. It's normal for people with family values.
Seeing this now is so sad. What an incredibly brave young man. Rest in peace.
May she rest in peace 🙏
Bruh who cares that he's living with his mom. Don't make him uncomfortable. If anything it's cool he's supporting his mom.

Exactly. None of their business .
I love their relationship. It’s so usual here in Italy. Mama is always mama! ❤️
So with us in the Philippines.

And why they don't interview Kleber or Doncic as well.... Haliburton is everywhere with hiis wierd voice.
And why can't he live with his mom even if he was a bit older.
@@nikolayjerev9285because theyre xenophobic🤮
I just love how much he loved and cared for his mom … love you dude ❤️

This is ❤lively is real good man and amazing player❤❤❤mavs fans love him!!!
Bruh wanted to spend every chance he had left with his mom! Go win her a championship big dawg, she’s watching ❤️
Just heard his mom passed away … so sorry to hear this
Go to Cali. 35yo still live at home; it's normal there since nobody can afford to live anywhere
His mom is probably going to teach him how to be smart with his money and decisions. Nothing wrong w/ him taking care of her right now
And most important: she might help him pick the right woman by properly vetting them.
lol being 20 and living with your mother.. in this economy.. is ok if not extremely normal

@@hardywoodaway9912 well he just benefits from the economy cause he’s 7’1 and athletic lmao, with a great head on his shoulders fasho tho
The media trying to clown him for being an amazing loving son and taking care of his mom. I got mad respect for this young man
Rip😢
This a tough one right here

Rest in peace Kathy. We as Mavs fans know you will be watching your son kick the Celtics’ ass in the Finals!!!
There is more to this story , sadly she passed away in April 2024. He was taking care of her, the illness (Cancer)
Sideshow Bob is the guy, best rookie of the year if you only count ppl from this planet OR actually joined the NBA this year.

Not really sure why the american media making it a big deal lol. Very individualistic mindset smh
Malika is beautiful and has so much grace.

Nobody has your best interests at hand like your parents do. Smart man instead of having a bunch of leeches around him he keeps Mom around.
damn this is tragic

There is no "uniqueness" in living with your Mom.
You can’t deny that there is a major difference that she is under his roof than the other way around.
@@ryanpursley2208 Well, it's unique for you, Americans, because family values had long disappeared.. that's why it sounds unique for you...

Did his mom die ?
