Sexuality, sexual parts are consider sacred in Indian and Asian culture, people worship those things and hence they develop sacred feeing just like we feel towards Allah or any god, we don't view them in negative light and hence we don't abuse or say or do any bad things to the thing we worship.
Without sex their is no life, so how it can be dirty ? sex is very important then only we will be sensitive towards opposite gender.
