My only suggestion is to wrap the frame with a chain to keep from tearing the frame where your hook it. Otherwise we do this to our full size cars when needed!
Now what if you would take a piece of cage material and temporarily welded it from rail to rail when you get it to the point you want it? Wouldn’t it help hold the tension and help prevent it from going back while you pulled the other side? Then once both rails were where you’d want them you mount the bumper to hold them in place and have the frame rails under tension.🤷🏼♂️
