I was in the final moments of old GR (Greater rockford) i was the ATC and i said "(Airline name) for the last time, every airline here now, can taxi and takeoff from any runway." And i know the order they did their taxi in. First it was FedEx, Lufthansa, DHL, Singapore Airlines, Aer Lingus and UPS. Truly a legendary moment in my life.
When I was 8, I did recordings of OLD GR with me marshalling planes to the runway. It was such an awesome experience. I will never forget you, old GR. 2012-2024
FUN FACT i was on a sever with my friend 24 hours after the update and had still had old greater rockford and when we both planed to leave i said (friend name) for the final time you can taxi and take off on any runway you want
Me and my friend did a special flight around the map in a priv server we were sad but we were also excited for the new GR.Just 3h before the update came.We will remember you old GR.
i hope Derek is still in the game... I remember walking for hours finding every badge...now, with the old map gone, i don't know where most of them are Rest In Peace
I miss old GR with lake approach or view and you can land emergency at lake If your fuel empty New GR is look better but mountains are soo high and race track approach look good W old GR🔥
