Unlucky this "guide" will only be seen by brawhalla players. U just opened my eyes, and i'm starting rn to change to all this, not only for games, but for life 2. TYSM, keep the good work
We basically share the same advices in the Voltaic aim training community for FPS games. Good sleep, good nutrition, exercice... an healthy lifestyle to rule them all !
I didn't notice how important sleep was, I'm hitting an average of 6h maybe less depending on the night because of school and having no time for anything else than one hour of brawlhalla a day. For sure going to try to fix my sleeping schedule and get a little more in fitness bro big big thanks to you!
Sleeping is important, I realised that by playing Valorant not brawlhalla because it has a more significant effect. When I'm tired I would be autopiloting all game and I can't concentrate at all
Just 1 piece from me- 1 sleep cycle lasts 1 and a half hours, so, ur better off sleeping 6 hours than 6 and a half hours. If u break a sleep cycle u end up waking up groogy/foggy. GLHF
It’s definitely what system you play on too I peaked 2156 on console. Then when I switched to pc I peaked 2254 the dashing is much faster and there’s barely any input delay
I do have to disagree with you on water intake . Not everyone needs to consume the same amount of water. The water you need to consume is according to your height and weight. Also there is a thing called to much water. A cup of water a hour might be too much for someone especially when they aren’t doing any physical work or exercise that requires more water.
my man made a guide to make your life better and thought we would take it as a brawlhalla guide
he's blowing up soon yall gon see
Thanks for this 💯♥️

My aim is shaky and I just can't focus on the crosshair. It's like I'm running on battery saving mode

caffeine help with focus but it also destroy the sleep schedule. so which one should i prioritize.
Good point, if its night time don’t drink caffeine but if it’s during the morning or afternoon like in the weekends for example then go for it
