Nanrobot N6 200 Mile Review: BEAUTIFUL SCOOTER, WISH IT RODE BETTER...

- Unfortunately, not every scooter I get my hands on is up to my high standards... hopefully they can take this criticism and create a much better scooter. That is the whole point after all...

Seems like a complete pile of poop. At least you don't sugar coat a bad product to keep the freebies coming in the door, it burns my butt when reviews do that knowing people spend hard-earned money based on bunk reviews.
Sadly they can’t all be highly rated…. Just a fact there will always be some brands lagging against the competition. Important to let everyone know so they can invest their hard earned money wisely. 🤙
Can you review the metamoov ZO08 series scooter?
And finally. Thank you for telling them how it is. Good job.
My Nanrobot D6+ 2.0 loves to overheat. It's almost it's favorite thing to do! lol😭
😢😢😢
I haven't experienced that yet. What does it do then, just stops? What are the symptoms?
It seems even less punchy than my Apollo Ghost which is 52v as well, but less powerful by wattage with smoother throttle. Nanrobot seems to be lagging behind the competition in the western market with all the 60v options available in the $2000 ish range
I think Jimmy and Andrew clocked it at 10 seconds for 0-30 mph.... lagging is an understatement. The Vsett and Kaabo are about twice as quick for the same money...
Again I have the D6+ and it's 52v, twin 1000W motors and it will take off so fast it's dangerous, are you sure you have the settings turned on both wheels highest setting and not on Eco mode? This might help.
Please review Kukirin G2 Max ., G3 Pro and G4
I'm glad I bought the Roadrunner RS5 Max, it's a much better scooter than this Nanrobot.
Yup I known about that scooter long ago but I had to pass on it because its basically same performance as my D6+ but the appearance just different. The one worth getting maybe is the 72 volt model of this N6 the suspension sensation might be different.
I have the Nanrobot D6+ and that front light might be one of the most embarrassing piece of machinery ever made, I already broke one and replaced it because it has the horn in it.
I saw your shorts on the battery for nanrobot, then this video on on the N6. I appreciate your honesty, you tell it like it is. I was highly thinking of buying a N6 until now. The hill climb, unlocking the stem, the headlights and then peeling of the sticker off of the front fender had me laughing. Hell no! I ain’t getting this piece of… Again, thank you for being real.
Hi I just started scooting and got myself a tifgalop t88+ as my entry level because I weigh 400+ lbs and it's rated up to 600lbs. I was looking for something to get me out & more active in my life. So far I'm loving it but I'd like to see a pro like you review the scooter I got and get an expert opinion on if it's a good scooter I won't be looking to upgrade right away or if I made the right decision chosing it?
When you made the commit about the Camry out running you , your not looking to out run cars but br abe to weave in and out of traffic. Not race cars. But overall your review is very honest and fair
Your blatant honesty is what is going to make people return to your reviews. Hopefully we’ll built units with power will see that they want you reviewing their stuff for this reason. Literally everyone else is portraying that this is a hyper-quality scooter when there are so many things wrong. I like that you don’t gloss over issues and say “I wish it had hydraulic suspension, but the spring suspension should work just fine,” but actually compare to other models of its price and assert details as to why they are necessary. Good on you for being the voice of reason in the hobby- thankful that honesty is so close by!!
That's what I like about your channel Brian. You don't give a shit to the company who sent you the scooter for review and give your honest opinion of the good and bad of the product.
Whats your favorite scooter for around 1,500$? Distance, speed, no overheating or issues?? What will you recommend?
Have you got the answer I’m looking for the same
LOL, you practically said that everything was shitty about this scooter. You need some joint to be happy, bro.
Have you tried to adjust the preload of the shocks?
Have you tried to adjust the screws on the light to set the angle?
Have you tried to align the brake pads to the brake wheel? (I know, this must have been inspected by QC in production, but still.)
I have a 72V model, that's pretty decent. Accelerates like crazy. I'm not satisfied with the round light as for me it only has that blue ring with some pinkish hue. Is it the same for you or you also have a white beam? I miss that.
One thing I could bring up as a con is that the battery pack is bouncing inside the deck when I go on some bumpy roads. As it's my first scooter, not sure if it's typical for scooters, but I think that could be better if would be mounted on the chassis.
I have NUTT branded brakes, they are very decent, also the acceleration, you can adjust the springs with a red knob, too, that allows for a smoother ride (I'm 100kg and I like the factory setting, but to also add, I ride a 1200cc Moto Guzzi and I might prefer the stiffer springs for more control).
You are absolutely right tho regarding the decals. It's cheesy and peels off already on the first day. Those on the stem are harder stickers and come off easily. Wish they would have skipped these at all or rather paint the logo on nicely.
Also, I miss the front turn signals for safety and a motorcycle approach (turn it off by pushing it in, not sliding - not that precise, you have to play with it).
LOL the irony is you have me to thank for the 72v model... They were charging the same price for this 52v with terrible braking, overheating issues, and no hydraulic shocks. This video is exactly why they even fixed the scooter! It was terrible with only 52v, and never worth the price tag to begin with. WIth the 72v model you bought, at least you are getting what you deserve for the money. It's still a Nanrobot at the end of the day, average at best, I will never waste my time with another one.
@@ScootaGang I'm grateful for the assumed impact of your review on the next generation.
What about the lamp? Was your tested piece working the same way?
Hey! Im new to the E-scooter world, and I was wondering what best speed on a escooter to save range?
The slower you go the more range you will get.
What is the absolute best scooter on the market??...
I think the Weped Sonic is my dream scooter right now 🔥🔥
I guess they listened to you, they now offer a 72V version of the N6.
I saw, they also added hydraulic shocks too 😊 Bet it rides a lot better now
@@ScootaGang
It's good they listen to the feedback from people. They seem like a good company, I'm thinking about buying the N6 72V.
Thank you , I will avoid this scooter
They have the 72v one out now.
After seeing this I will not be buying this.
Thanks for your review and time that went into this!
I'm in the market for a scooter at around $2000 range.
My eye is on a Mantis King GT and Nami Klima.
Some part of me says wait, there may be a Mantis King GTR.
Dude I bought an obarter d5. It has a 2 2500w motors but it is SLOW! It’s only 48v! It doesn’t have the fuckin pickup! I’m gonna upgrade next season YA HEARD
What’s ur thoughts on the Solar ff 2.0 black edition
The 72v at 30 amp is coming out, between this nanobot or the innokim oxo which will be better for you
Wish more people would be honest with the scooters like this video.the 72 volt version looks good. Speaking of 72 volt my dualtron thunder 3 will be here in 5 day !!!
Makes me wish I'd seen this before I bought my D6+ 2.0. I like it but I jumped the gun when I bought it. If I'd read a bit more like I did the week after I bought it, I'd have spent just a couple hundred bucks more and gotten a Vsett 10+ or Mantis variant. That said, I don't ride as hard as you do so I haven't run into any overheating and slowing. I hang around 25mph in gear 2 dual motor. The only performance thing I did was I changed it to hard start which made it a little peppy. I'm not mad about my choice, I just think I could have made a better choice.
I can tell you aren't so familiar with it. Like the locking mechanism. It's tight . Trust me. This scooter is for cruising. It's budget friendly. And it's not terrible. It just can be more. But it's still not bad. Also I don't know why they went with off road tires.
Jimmy and Andrew become a promoters of scooters not a real reviewers (as they where in start 😔) ....
90% of subscribers don't believe them... Just seeing new models...😉
Thanks allot bro for your HONEST review..!!🙏👌😘
I watched the full review I think they did a good job pointing out some obvious flaws. 👌
Love the way u explain ur scooters I understand where ur coming from
I was just scrolling and saw this post. I was like wait a sec this place looks familya. Bruh I didn’t know you were making videos near my house
I have it. I agree . At first it was great. Coming from a dual 500 watt mercane widewheel pro. But after a month, I'm bored with it.
Great opening to this video🤛
they are coming out with a 60v and a 72v version of this soon it can be pre-ordered rn i think you should get your hands on that
Damn bro, you don't hold nothing back. You tell it like it is. It's nice to see an honest review.
72v version out now, would be curious what you think of the new version
Have you reviewed the upgraded version of this Scooter? Adjustable hydraulic suspension, NUTT hydraulic brakes, and Samsung 72v battery. I’m trying to decide between this one, the LS7+ 60v, or the YUMI Hawk Pro 6000w.
I have that and I can only say that it is awesome! Buy insurance! :D
Liked 👍 Thanks
For your honesty reviews on scooters
Ride safely
Have you tried the Nami Klima?
Nope but you’re not the first to ask me about it. It’s on my list of scooters I want to test right now for sure
@@ScootaGang after that brutal honest review of the N6 I’d definitely appreciate your take on the Klima. I own a Burn-E2max and thinking about getting a Klima to add to the line but want real use reviews.
Vsett all the way
Word on the street is there’s a 72v version in the works
Is weped fs good?
Weped are amazing but so exotic that very few will ever own one. Very different market from something that can be mass produced like Vsett. I really want a weped sonic tho looks insanely awesome 😊
Can you test the New n6 72v ?
Better to have G4 Kukirin
Do they still over heat ? 😂
Test out the HiBoy scooters
They seem popular, which model you want me to test?
@@ScootaGang the Hiboy S2 Electric Scooter
Hey brother, i have question about my e-scooter which is a 52v 18.2ah battery. So basically the cutoff volt was preset to 43v but when reaches around 49-50v it shuts down😢. Do you know what would be the reason??
The solution is getting a scooter with a bigger, stronger battery.
Great review
Thanks 🤙
@@ScootaGang Hello, the biggest difference is that with N6 72V we upgraded the NFC display, battery, adjustable suspension, NUTT brake system, 1500W motor and more stable controller.
Thats not the true, dont be a cry baby N6 is a great scooter
This is the only bad review I've seen. I just ordered one, I really hope this isn't true. Especially the overheating part.
@@oldschool725Is it good or no? Should I cancel my order?
@@oldschool725 look bro i dont think the n6 is a bad scooter at all maybe this one the one that scoota gang was reviewing he probably got a defected one the one he got sent by nanrobot. i have 3 scooters an apollo phantom v3 Vsett 10+ and last but not least the Nanrobot N6 72v 30ah just got it a couple months ago and i love it maybe the 52v version did sucked ass but this One i could tell you wont regret it it has hydraulic shocks and its made way better than the previous version i believe so. It sure does run alot way better from the 52v version and it does have better upgrades so dont listen to what this guy has to say about his review and experience with it. Btw and it has Nutt brakes too.
@JoelLopez-ib7kg it's a very decent scooter, lol. It does overheat. But I live in South florida, and it's hot as hell down here. So it overheats after about 7 miles on 3rd gear in 90-degree weather. Other than that. I don't have much to complain about. I had a small issue, and the customer service was great and responsive. The clamp does loosen a bit. But it will not come undone or loosen the stem.
@@oldschool725 and youre talking about the 72v version bro? well im from southern cali and it gets hot af too in the summer so i dont know what you’re talking about bro. as for mines overheating i dont think so its been fine ive had it going on 4 months and it runs great on all 3 gears. other than that have a great rest of your day and sleep on it if you must.😅
