    Hi! I was wondering for #40, isn't it asking for each interior angle? Wouldn't we use [(n-2)*180]/n?

    I got lost at number 49. Why were brackets inside the the x bracket introduced?I would have said -2--1=1. Please help me understand where I am wrong.

    • @BlossomWithJessica
      @BlossomWithJessica  Рік тому +2

      The brackets inside the x are to just show the two negative signs. It is the same as writing 2--1. when you substract a negative number it changes to a positive. so 2--1=2+1 which gives us 3.

    Are you giving formulas for geometric shapes because it is part of explaining how to solve the question, or will we have to memorize them?

    for number 38- you got the correct answer but the explanation was incorrect. you stated it's radius cubed, but it's really radius squared. you then said it was 4*4*4, which is 64. (3.14*64*8)/3= 535.89.

    I’m a bit confused on number 38. Four cubed is 64 & 64x8=512, how did you get the 128?? My final answer for this question was 536.2 cubic units. Can someone please point out where I may have gone wrong in my calculations??

    • @BlossomWithJessica
      @BlossomWithJessica  Рік тому +1

      it is r squared not cubed. (I accidentally wrote cubed while calculating it out). Here is in depth how to solve:
      The formula is V = 1/3 * π * r² * h.
      calculation:
      V = 1/3 * π * (4)² * 8
      = 1/3 * π * 16 * 8
      = 1/3 * π * 128
      = 128/3 * π
      V ≈ 42.67 * π
      = 134.0412865536 cubic units (rounded to 10 decimal places)
      So, the volume of the cone with a radius of 4 and a height of 8 is approximately 134.04 cubic units.

      can u please put the numbers for 1/3, is it .33 and is pie 3.14?, if so. V=0.33 * 3.14 * 16 * 8 =. I'm getting something different.132.63@@BlossomWithJessica

      You will only be tested on high school level content on the ATI TEAS. This includes simple things like "adding and subtracting" and then more complicated problems like "algebra" or "geometry". If you feel its too easy that is great! I was able to score 100% on the math section, it is very do-able if you understand the math topics.
