I believe room 210 at Wildwood Inn was converted to a laundry room or maybe renumbered. I've read both, but 210 seems to be the accurate number for that time. Not unusual to renumber, remove, reconstruct, or alter areas where crimes happen.

In 2015, I visited Seattle. I walked through the UW campus, but I am unsure if I passed by where Georgeann Hawkins was kidnapped by Bundy. Also, I met a man who claimed that his cousin had a fender bender with Bundy in the 70s, and that Bundy was super polite.
Room 210 was re-numbered shortly after Ted sat in Florida’s chair. I’ve stayed in room 214 twice and was told that wasn’t the room Caryn and her fiancé stayed in. I know a girl who works there now and hotel staff are not encouraged to talk about those events to the public.
Most places don't want to discuss murders as bad for business. At least I would not stay there Skumbag Ted is now with his father the DEVIL. Somewhere I heard a psychiatrist say he killed over 30 but even one is too much
I think he enjoyed killing and even went back to visit some of the bodies and I will leave at that. He confessed to other murders while on death row. He was a true pyschopath. One last thing, the character, Buffalo Bill, Silence of the Lamb where he's trying to get the couch in the van. Based on Bundy.

Caryn Campbell was a nurse from Dearborn, Michigan. She was born in the exact same hospital that i was born in Garden City Osteopathic Hospital in Garden City, Michigan. So sad i remember hearing about her death. She is buried at Cadillac Memorial Cemetery in my home town of Westland, Michigan where most of my family and childhood friends are buried.
I watched many true crime cases but no case has affected me as much as the one of caryn. I don’t even come from the US and I was born over 45 years after her but after watching a video about ted bundys victims and seeing her photos and then the photos of her body... I can’t explain it but this effected me a lot... She wanted to be a nurse and help people and then she suffered such a horrible fate. RIP. All a man can do is to watch out for the people around him and observe people who show signs of psychopathy.

"Here today; gone tomorrow", each second of every day should be treated preciously as no one knows when they are going to die. It is very surreal to view your videos of "infamous" places where "death" has walked. Please keep these videos coming as maybe they help "naive" people to WAKE UP and realize that they could end up in the "wrong place at the wrong time" death scenario if they are not apprehensive and cautious of their surroundings. I learned that lesson all too well, except, I fought back with a gun in my left side right in front of my house. That was way before I decided to go into the military and go in law enforcement. Incredible effort and work on your part to give us curiosity seekers a eerie look of just how addicted, perverted and truly wicked ted was during those short years. So much time and energy you would think he had to be thinking about murder almost 24/7 to do everything he did. This is only a tiny fraction of his crimes. Those poor souls my god I can’t imagine how someone could get off by being so purely evil and to repeat over and over like it was just any of another day. He really needed his death to be toyed with for as many hours and days he spent enjoying torturing the innocent. I kind of went on a little rant but I just wanted to thank you again for all your work. Chilling getting to see the exact locations it all went down. I mean it is a part of history... & I’m probably sure the victims wouldn’t want to be just forgotten and have their story not told while everyone focuses mainly on ted. He’s gotten enough attention already, let’s give all the the souls the voices they had taken away from by one truly sick and disgusting evil bastard.

I feel that it gives more meaning and insight when you can physically see the places where these tragedies happen (that is what I do on each video). And of course to remember the victims. It’s so strange…even though it’s a bright sunny day and clearly it’s used to play games you can feel the desolateness of the place. It comes out of the video somehow.
He didn’t. Bundy wasn’t even in the hallway. He was on ground level with his crutches and struggling carrying his ski boots. Caryn came off of the elevator and saw HIM struggling and called down to him if he needed help. She then went down the stairs to ground level to meet him and they walked to his car. Bundy said he was actually stalking another woman at ground level before Caryn saw him. None the less, Ted certainly was brazen in his attacks. He still knocked her unconscious at his car at a ski resort. Crazy
Ted explained to investigators that he did things the way he did to throw the authorities off. He would kill the victim in one area, dispose of her body in another and then drive hundreds of miles away disposing of the victims clothes, handbags and belongings elsewhere. And the victim may have been alive but unconscious in his car. He learned with Carol Da Ronch's escape to disable and knock them unconscious before or as soon as he got them in the car......a live and conscious victim would be fighting him all the way and constantly trying to escape.

First victim it was CRAZY cold and snowy, so there woudn't have been nearly as many cars on the road, also, it was night time, she was abducted after 7 so it would have been very dark, and she died within 2 hours
@7:57she took the elevator, it was like five other people in the elevator, along with her and Ted, and those 5 people gave a composite sketch,and when he was arrested in Utah, and when they did that search on his house, and found the brochure, they use his mugshot photo, to take to some of the witnesses that saw her in the elevator, and they identified seeing her and Ted in the elevator together

Charles Jeffery: I must correct your information. Bundy and Caryn Campbell were never spotted together, and a composite photo of him was never sketched from the Wildwood Inn case. There was only one witness (Lizbeth Harter) who identified Bundy from his Utah mugshot; she remembered him as lurking around the elevator area (not in the elevator) by himself. There were other witnesses who encountered Caryn as she got off the elevator - (I cannot recall if Lizbeth Harter was one of them) - but no one saw Caryn with Bundy.

Interesting watch. I did hear that Caryn saw Ted 'struggling' with his ski equipment from the wildwood inn walkway by room 211, Ted was below and she took the elevator down to help him to his car. This would make logical sense as bundy wouldnt risk accosting her in the hallway, but would have knocked her unconcious by the car and bundled her in and drove off.
Caryn Campbell used the elevator that fateful night when Bundy took her. I don't think anyone ever found out what sort of ruse he used to lure her to his VW in the parking lot. Her room number was indeed 210 but Wildwood probably changed it because of the Bundy connection (?).

In the early eighties I rented a VCR tape called faces of death. In that program they had a man in the electric chair full on session. What I saw was so damn hideous it's the only thing these guys deserve.
Wait a minute, I could've sworn I read that Caryn's room was across the hall from a janitors closet. Find the closet and you should be able to find her room. Also I think on the same floor was a game room where they suspect Ted was hiding out in

The last person that he confessed to killing, literally as he was walking to the electric chair, was Sue curtis, that was from utah, and was only 15 years old, and she too if I'm not mistaking, was found in colorado..........
And of course he admitted to the 12-year-old killing of Lynette, oh my goodness I can't think of her last name, and there was another victim, right before Lynette the day before, who would not come close enough to his car, so so she survived, and this was why he was living in utah, he would either go North to idaho, or east to colorado, but when he first got accepted in the University of Utah, for law school, on his way driving down, he killed a girl in idaho, in the same city as Lynette the 15 year old girl that was taken from her school, and he put both their bodies in the Snake River, his last killing was supposed to be the teenage girl that was almost kidnapped off to her school grounds, and Jacksonville florida, but she was so suspicious of him, her father was a sheriff, or homicide detective, for that city, and her brother was like 24 25 years old, but he had muscles like they look like they were made of steel, and he look like he could literally whoop a Grizzly bear, with a switch, so when he pulled up and lost it on ted, told his sister to get in the car, said what the hell were you asking my sister, say it was like I just thought she was somebody else, he got in the band and hurried up and got out of there, so they started chasing him, and they lost in traffic so he got out of jacksonville, and decided to go a little East, and spotted Kimberly leach, leaving her home room class going to gym, because she had been sent a letter to the gym, telling her to come to her room to get her purse, and he kidnapped her right in front of a firefighter, and plenty of parents, but and she was crying and he was just yelling at her, but nobody helped her, because they thought it was a angry dad, that was called all from the job early, he must have did construction, because he was in a big white van, and nobody put it together, until the Jacksonville in the sorority cases in Tallahassee where all aired, and Kim have been missing for 24 hours, and that's when I'll dress it went through every law enforcements body that was in florida, and washington, because Bob careful called the sheriff Ken Kasares, ofthe Tallahassee Police department, strongly asking them to look for Ted bundy, because that was his mo, heading people over the head, cracking their skulls, or them being alive, thinking that they're going to die, and him having sex with them usually from the back, and before he would climax he will put the rope around their necks to strangle them, and it was such a hard blow, when they found him leeches skull in perfect condition, and they found out that she was right, and that while Bundy was raped in this 12 year old little girl, he slit her throat and held her face under a muddy pool of water, and a old abandoned pig pen
Great job and I commented earlier. Just wanted to point out a few things. Caryn came up the elevator and actually took a left out the elevator. Apparently where the balcony ends now it actually continued to the other side then. Bundy was not up on the second story hallway but rather ground level below her. He was setting up his ploy struggling to carry his ski boots with his crutches. Ironically he stated he had another victim selected but Caryn saw him struggling and called down to him if he needed help. He of course said yes so she went downstairs to meet him and they walked out to his car parked in the back parking lot. Creepy huh? Also you were mentioning how you guessed that road (can’t think of name now) wasn’t as bust then as it is today you are right. Back then it was not even paved and they discouraged people from using it at the time. Bundy threw her down a much steeper ditch than we’re you were but I’m sure you were close. But when her body was found it was moved quite a bit from the animals apparently. Sad.
Hey Harmon, that ditch that Karen was found in might have been a lot deeper too. They probably resurfaced the road a couple of times since then and while they were doing that, they probably filled it in or the sand and dirt just slid it’s way down that hill and filled the ditch up. After 46 years, a lot of environmental changes happen. Also, yes, a lot of those two-lane highways weren’t too busy back in 1975 and some were still dirt roads. Life was much easier and slower back then with waaay less traffic.
Poor girls must have been so damn scared... and the horrible things he put them through... he prayed on those that were so kind-hearted and naive. I mean no disrespect when I say this...

I’m reading Ann Rule’s book on Bundy and his crimes at the moment - still horrifying after all these years .... the case of the hotel abduction was particularly scary as it was so random ....
He was a brazen, cold, calculating man, with zero remorse true psychopath held up a mask , was well liked , his arrest came as a shock to many that knew him. Was at one time with Rule working on a suicide hotline, worked with young Republicans, was a law student that was failing. He was the one coined the term " serial killer" was the first used a very old room sized computer system to break down tios to most viable he was in top ten. His case is interesting, if have a strong stomach for it. I followed his case as a kid/teen up to his execution even. His 11th hour confessions he only did thinking if he gave a little over time, he would save his life, the then gov of Florida said nope fry him, not playing games with him. I understand and agree, but the total account of his victims as many bodies never found, families unsure what happened to their daughters, if he or others did it etc will never be known. He once said they had it wrong add a digit they never knew, but assume he meant hundreds. Had also been in Cali, and other states no murders pinned to him there, but he was an unstoppable killer, so he prob imo killed anywhere he was at. Maybe blamed on others who knows. Master manipulator also. He married a lady in court by some florida law was televised can be found, Carol all I know, fathered a daughter with her, she believed his full innocence clear up until he confessed. They left changed names, need to live their lives freely as victims , though she wasn't too bright to believe him. Cops everywhere wanted this man and he was "framed" not buy it if was me. A lot of story with Bundy they even feel for sure he killed a neighbor girl when he was 15. I can write a book on him just what I know its scary. Was a true monster 👹 that cannot ever escape again.
Denise Oliverson's body was never found and although Bundy provided investigators with the location of where he buried Julie Cunningham's body, her remains were never located. In the days leading up to his execution, Bundy seems to have toyed with investigators as most of the information he provided about the location of bodies/body parts were worthless. Bundy provided investigators with the location of the remains of 5 victims (e.g., Georgann Hawkins, Deborah Kent, Nancy Wilcox, Susan Curtis, and Julie Cunningham), but the only piece of evidence that was uncovered during these wild goose chases was the kneecap bone of Deborah Kent.
Georgeann was probally found but the coroner for some reason screwed up and cremated the remains before they could be tested so also why she is still considerd missing, but he told the investigators that the bones they found together with Janice Ott and Denise belonge to Georgeann, and i do guess why they confirmed him to have killed the others was cuz of information given only murderer would have known..and Debras kneecap was found where he said he dumped the body..reason why he might given wrong information about the rest is that he hoped for Florida state to prospone the death date some more to get the information wich they refused to do. A litte late answer but well ;)

If the hallway was as isolated back then as it was when you filmed this, I can see how Bundy must have been able to abduct her. Yes, I’d like to see you cover Bundy’s time in Utah. Maybe you can cover the Susan Powell and Mackenzie Lueck cases while you are there too? I know the exact location where the woman Bundy abducted from Fashion Place Mall is because my father worked at the hospital she was able to escape in front of, just down the street from the mall where the hospital and elementary school on Fashion Blvd are.

Denise’s body was never located. Bundy confessed that he had placed her body in the Colorado River, but due to the amount of time that had passed, she was never located.

I was living in Michigan in the late 80's and 90's. I went to a restaurant with my mother-in-law who, at the time was meeting up with a group of women whom she worked with. Well I thought how boring so I brought a book, It was called The Stranger Beside Me, a book about Ted Bundy, as I had finished eating I picked up the book and started reading, when all of a sudden one of the women saw me and asked me if I like the book. I was kinda scared of what to say, it was a great book but it was awful also, so I said well I enjoy the ins and outs of the killer, like psychologically. She said well my daughter, Caryn Campbell was murdered by him in Colorado, I was floored, I said oh my gosh I am so sorry. She said I will never get over what he did to my daughter. I just put the book back in my purse and emphatically apologized. I felt really bad and so sorry. I can't imagine that type of loss. Thought you might enjoy this tidbit.

"Here today; gone tomorrow", each second of every day should be treated preciously as no one knows when they are going to die. It is very surreal to view your videos of "infamous" places where "death" has walked.
Please keep these videos coming as maybe they help "naive" people to WAKE UP and realize that they could end up in the "wrong place at the wrong time" death scenario if they are not apprehensive and cautious of their surroundings. I learned that lesson all too well, except, I fought back with a gun in my left side right in front of my house. That was way before I decided to go into the military and go in law enforcement. Incredible effort and work on your part to give us curiosity seekers a eerie look of just how addicted, perverted and truly wicked ted was during those short years. So much time and energy you would think he had to be thinking about murder almost 24/7 to do everything he did. This is only a tiny fraction of his crimes. Those poor souls my god I can’t imagine how someone could get off by being so purely evil and to repeat over and over like it was just any of another day. He really needed his death to be toyed with for as many hours and days he spent enjoying torturing the innocent. I kind of went on a little rant but I just wanted to thank you again for all your work. Chilling getting to see the exact locations it all went down. I mean it is a part of history... & I’m probably sure the victims wouldn’t want to be just forgotten and have their story not told while everyone focuses mainly on ted. He’s gotten enough attention already, let’s give all the the souls the voices they had taken away from by one truly sick and disgusting evil bastard.

Appreciate you taking notice of the effort I put in. I feel that it gives more meaning and insight when you can physically see the places where these tragedies happen (that is what I do on each video). And of course to remember the victims. It’s so strange…even though it’s a bright sunny day and clearly it’s used to play games you can feel the desolateness of the place. It comes out of the video somehow.

Bundy was quite bold to grab her up on an outside corridor like that. Course he was not of right mind, but still he was very smart...........
He didn’t. Bundy wasn’t even in the hallway. He was on ground level with his crutches and struggling carrying his ski boots. Caryn came off of the elevator and saw HIM struggling and called down to him if he needed help. She then went down the stairs to ground level to meet him and they walked to his car. Bundy said he was actually stalking another woman at ground level before Caryn saw him. None the less, Ted certainly was brazen in his attacks. He still knocked her unconscious at his car at a ski resort. Crazy
Ted explained to investigators that he did things the way he did to throw the authorities off. He would kill the victim in one area, dispose of her body in another and then drive hundreds of miles away disposing of the victims clothes, handbags and belongings elsewhere. And the victim may have been alive but unconscious in his car. He learned with Carol Da Ronch's escape to disable and knock them unconscious before or as soon as he got them in the car......a live and conscious victim would be fighting him all the way and constantly trying to escape.
I've read just about everything on Bundy and to see where his cictimd were last seen is amazing. Thank u for all u do for us and I cant wait to watch your channel blow up. You are a great presenter
First victim it was CRAZY cold and snowy, so there woudn't have been nearly as many cars on the road, also, it was night time, she was abducted after 7 so it would have been very dark, and she died within 2 hours

@7:57she took the elevator, it was like five other people in the elevator, along with her and Ted, and those 5 people gave a composite sketch,and when he was arrested in Utah, and when they did that search on his house, and found the brochure, they use his mugshot photo, to take to some of the witnesses that saw her in the elevator, and they identified seeing her and Ted in the elevator together

Charles Jeffery: I must correct your information. Bundy and Caryn Campbell were never spotted together, and a composite photo of him was never sketched from the Wildwood Inn case. There was only one witness (Lizbeth Harter) who identified Bundy from his Utah mugshot; she remembered him as lurking around the elevator area (not in the elevator) by himself. There were other witnesses who encountered Caryn as she got off the elevator - (I cannot recall if Lizbeth Harter was one of them) - but no one saw Caryn with Bundy.

Places normally shift room numbers around at motels, hotels etc if there were ever a infamous crime scene, I bet that is why there is no 210 anymore.

Interesting watch. I did hear that Caryn saw Ted 'struggling' with his ski equipment from the wildwood inn walkway by room 211, Ted was below and she took the elevator down to help him to his car. This would make logical sense as bundy wouldnt risk accosting her in the hallway, but would have knocked her unconcious by the car and bundled her in and drove off.
Caryn Campbell used the elevator that fateful night when Bundy took her. I don't think anyone ever found out what sort of ruse he used to lure her to his VW in the parking lot. Her room number was indeed 210 but Wildwood probably changed it because of the Bundy connection (?).

In the early eighties I rented a VCR tape called faces of death. In that program they had a man in the electric chair full on session. What I saw was so damn hideous it's the only thing these guys deserve.

Infamous Crime Locations dude I showed someone this clip and they were trippin out! This is one of the craziest things I’ve seen in a UA-cam video! You need to rewatch the footage and make a video about it!!
The last person that he confessed to killing, literally as he was walking to the electric chair, was Sue curtis, that was from utah, and was only 15 years old, and she too if I'm not mistaking, was found in colorado..........
And of course he admitted to the 12-year-old killing of Lynette, oh my goodness I can't think of her last name, and there was another victim, right before Lynette the day before, who would not come close enough to his car, so so she survived, and this was why he was living in utah, he would either go North to idaho, or east to colorado, but when he first got accepted in the University of Utah, for law school, on his way driving down, he killed a girl in idaho, in the same city as Lynette the 15 year old girl that was taken from her school, and he put both their bodies in the Snake River, his last killing was supposed to be the teenage girl that was almost kidnapped off to her school grounds, and Jacksonville florida, but she was so suspicious of him, her father was a sheriff, or homicide detective, for that city, and her brother was like 24 25 years old, but he had muscles like they look like they were made of steel, and he look like he could literally whoop a Grizzly bear, with a switch, so when he pulled up and lost it on ted, told his sister to get in the car, said what the hell were you asking my sister, say it was like I just thought she was somebody else, he got in the band and hurried up and got out of there, so they started chasing him, and they lost in traffic so he got out of jacksonville, and decided to go a little East, and spotted Kimberly leach, leaving her home room class going to gym, because she had been sent a letter to the gym, telling her to come to her room to get her purse, and he kidnapped her right in front of a firefighter, and plenty of parents, but and she was crying and he was just yelling at her, but nobody helped her, because they thought it was a angry dad, that was called all from the job early, he must have did construction, because he was in a big white van, and nobody put it together, until the Jacksonville in the sorority cases in Tallahassee where all aired, and Kim have been missing for 24 hours, and that's when I'll dress it went through every law enforcements body that was in florida, and washington, because Bob careful called the sheriff Ken Kasares, ofthe Tallahassee Police department, strongly asking them to look for Ted bundy, because that was his mo, heading people over the head, cracking their skulls, or them being alive, thinking that they're going to die, and him having sex with them usually from the back, and before he would climax he will put the rope around their necks to strangle them, and it was such a hard blow, when they found him leeches skull in perfect condition, and they found out that she was right, and that while Bundy was raped in this 12 year old little girl, he slit her throat and held her face under a muddy pool of water, and a old abandoned pig pen

Great job and I commented earlier. Just wanted to point out a few things. Caryn came up the elevator and actually took a left out the elevator. Apparently where the balcony ends now it actually continued to the other side then. Bundy was not up on the second story hallway but rather ground level below her. He was setting up his ploy struggling to carry his ski boots with his crutches. Ironically he stated he had another victim selected but Caryn saw him struggling and called down to him if he needed help. He of course said yes so she went downstairs to meet him and they walked out to his car parked in the back parking lot.
Creepy huh? Also you were mentioning how you guessed that road (can’t think of name now) wasn’t as bust then as it is today you are right. Back then it was not even paved and they discouraged people from using it at the time. Bundy threw her down a much steeper ditch than we’re you were but I’m sure you were close. But when her body was found it was moved quite a bit from the animals apparently. Sad.

Hey Harmon, that ditch that Karen was found in might have been a lot deeper too. They probably resurfaced the road a couple of times since then and while they were doing that, they probably filled it in or the sand and dirt just slid it’s way down that hill and filled the ditch up. After 46 years, a lot of environmental changes happen. Also, yes, a lot of those two-lane highways weren’t too busy back in 1975 and some were still dirt roads. Life was much easier and slower back then with waaay less traffic.

I’m reading Ann Rule’s book on Bundy and his crimes at the moment - still horrifying after all these years .... the case of the hotel abduction was particularly scary as it was so random ....
He was a brazen, cold, calculating man, with zero remorse true psychopath held up a mask , was well liked , his arrest came as a shock to many that knew him. Was at one time with Rule working on a suicide hotline, worked with young Republicans, was a law student that was failing. He was the one coined the term " serial killer" was the first used a very old room sized computer system to break down tios to most viable he was in top ten. His case is interesting, if have a strong stomach for it. I followed his case as a kid/teen up to his execution even. His 11th hour confessions he only did thinking if he gave a little over time, he would save his life, the then gov of Florida said nope fry him, not playing games with him. I understand and agree, but the total account of his victims as many bodies never found, families unsure what happened to their daughters, if he or others did it etc will never be known. He once said they had it wrong add a digit they never knew, but assume he meant hundreds. Had also been in Cali, and other states no murders pinned to him there, but he was an unstoppable killer, so he prob imo killed anywhere he was at. Maybe blamed on others who knows. Master manipulator also. He married a lady in court by some florida law was televised can be found, Carol all I know, fathered a daughter with her, she believed his full innocence clear up until he confessed. They left changed names, need to live their lives freely as victims , though she wasn't too bright to believe him. Cops everywhere wanted this man and he was "framed" not buy it if was me. A lot of story with Bundy they even feel for sure he killed a neighbor girl when he was 15. I can write a book on him just what I know its scary. Was a true monster 👹 that cannot ever escape again.

Denise Oliverson's body was never found and although Bundy provided investigators with the location of where he buried Julie Cunningham's body, her remains were never located. In the days leading up to his execution, Bundy seems to have toyed with investigators as most of the information he provided about the location of bodies/body parts were worthless. Bundy provided investigators with the location of the remains of 5 victims (e.g., Georgann Hawkins, Deborah Kent, Nancy Wilcox, Susan Curtis, and Julie Cunningham), but the only piece of evidence that was uncovered during these wild goose chases was the kneecap bone of Deborah Kent.
Georgeann was probally found but the coroner for some reason screwed up and cremated the remains before they could be tested so also why she is still considerd missing, but he told the investigators that the bones they found together with Janice Ott and Denise belonge to Georgeann, and i do guess why they confirmed him to have killed the others was cuz of information given only murderer would have known..and Debras kneecap was found where he said he dumped the body..reason why he might given wrong information about the rest is that he hoped for Florida state to prospone the death date some more to get the information wich they refused to do.

Good on location video. I believe the Snowmass victim was Caryn Campbell, not Karen. If the hallway was as isolated back then as it was when you filmed this, I can see how Bundy must have been able to abduct her. I wonder if she screamed and would anyone have heard her, or did she just fearfully go with him?
Yes, I’d like to see you cover Bundy’s time in Utah. Maybe you can cover the Susan Powell and Mackenzie Lueck cases while you are there too? I know the exact location where the woman Bundy abducted from Fashion Place Mall is because my father worked at the hospital she was able to escape in front of, just down the street from the mall where the hospital and elementary school on Fashion Blvd are.

I will have to look up about the Ted Bundy movie as I have heard that it's quiet a good movie but, yes who knows how much true stuff is in it.

I was living in Michigan in the late 80's and 90's. I went to a restaurant with my mother-in-law who, at the time was meeting up with a group of women whom she worked with. Well I thought how boring so I brought a book, It was called The Stranger Beside Me, a book about Ted Bundy, as I had finished eating I picked up the book and started reading, when all of a sudden one of the women saw me and asked me if I like the book. I was kinda scared of what to say, it was a great book but it was awful also, so I said well I enjoy the ins and outs of the killer, like psychologically. She said well my daughter, Caryn Campbell was murdered by him in Colorado, I was floored, I said oh my gosh I am so sorry. She said I will never get over what he did to my daughter. I just put the book back in my purse and emphatically apologized. I felt really bad and so sorry. I can't imagine that type of loss. Thought you might enjoy this tidbit.
