Its weird. Its like she's training him through the process of breaking psyche locks, but you shouldn't have 3 of them if that was the case. I feel like it would have to be a genuine secret if she locked it away in her heart.
@@diamondynamite Except that her secret is incredibly vital to the case. She basically knows what happened in this scenario but knows that Phoenix has to be the one to prove it so it's a test of skill to see if he's able to extract major truths like her three lock secret. What she's containing is ultimately important to the case and it can help make the defense.
@@SeiyaTempest meh, for a guy who just wants a simple story without all the fails and side stuff, it's pretty good, also good when u need a quick refresher about the trilogy.
Only problem with that logic is that unlike others who have had Black Psyche Locks such as Kristoph Gavin and Athena Cykes, Mia faced her past a year later when she finally got her arch-nemesis Dahlia Hawthorne arrested for the murder of one of her classmates. With Kristoph, his time in jail got to a point where he was concealing information, even from himself. And with Athena, she never got to face her demons from childhood until she was arrested for a crime that was originally cast on Simon Blackquill. Of course, she’d get through it, but she couldn’t deal with it for so long since she did see her mother being murdered as a child after all and repressing it was likely her coping mechanism. In other words, Mia was the only person out of these three to face her past head-on, but only because she could finally achieve justice for her first trial and the people involved.
according to the wiki the points represent phoenix mental strength and if you lose to many he has to take a break which means it gets cancelled and you have to restart the whole process
Of course, duh. She ultimately knows more about the murder given the info she learned but this is something Phoenix has to prove on his own using the Magatama. And she can't just tell him the facts, this is something he'll have to do constantly and on his own so if he can extract the truth from his mentor, then he'll be able to extract the truth from others.

Gotta love how she so calm about her Psyche Lock being broken.
It's honestly more of her trying to test Pheonix's abilities at that point rather than actually concealing it.

Man this looks interesting in the newest version.
Psyche locks would have been sick in the anime.
Well the is ONE. ONE OFFING MOMENT. And it is in Matt Engade. When reveals who he is.
The anime wasn't very good tbh
@@SeiyaTempest well, at least they tried.

idea: if it was brought up, mia would have black psyche locks regarding her first trial (turnabout beginnings) due to the trauma she experienced
