How come you were doing your sadhana on a regular basis and yet faced anxiety that too continuously for 4 years?
Then what’s the point of sadhana? Isn’t meditation suppose to reduce the anxiety?

My brother got me the book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels for me. It's helped. Taught me mindfulness meditation to detach from false expectations and demands.
