- 2021 Sports Illustrated’s “Athlete of the Year” Caeleb Dressel explores his obsessive habits, like off-roading, Pokemon and playing the drums. Dressel also reveals how purging his personal items helps to combat nerves and anxiety, so much so that he would strive to not have any extra items around the house. Dressel goes on to run through minimalist competitions with his older brother Tyler and says he doesn’t regret anything he’s thrown out or donated.

Honestly Graham you are one of the best interviewers on the platform. You do such a good job of asking good questions, doing your research, engaging with your interviewer, and most importantly letting them talk. Thanks for the amazing content!
Same with me. Hyperfocus on something and then losing interest and moving onto something else.

Love that he is a fan of Marie Kondo! 😃
When he spoke about his competition with his brother I totally expected it to be about who has more than the other, was shocked to hear that it was the opposite
