My name is Bjorn.
Today the first snow fell and the forest turned into a fairy tale. Today I started building a forest kitchen where you can make a fire without fear of snow. I spent three days in the forest, during which time I did a lot, I hope you enjoy my film. I also made a delicious and healthy salad of chicken fillet and cabbage, and the next day, when the forest cuisine was ready, I cooked a barbecue over an open fire. New Year and Christmas holidays are coming soon, so in the next video I will decorate my hut in the forest for the New Year holidays, it will be amazing and atmospheric.

I am off grid in a jungle in Bali. I have just started watching your videos. I decided to start at the beginning and work through. Fabulous to follow your journey.
My notes so far....the soil there is so sandy! It would be hard to grow anything without composting.
There is a bird sounds like a rusty hinge or your door needs oiling. 🤔
Your roof does not have enough pitch which is why you needed so much plastic. I'm not a fan of plastic. Or individually wrapped cheese slices.

En tout les cas, cet abrit que vous venez de réaliser., est très bien pensé pour échapper au intempéries tout en étant à l'air libre.
Peut-être qu'un petit toit sur la porte de l'entrée serait bien pour abriter la petite terrasse .
On n'a vraiment l'impression de vivre cette aventure avec vous.
Vos festins sont bien équilibrés et goûteux, comme d'habitude cela dois un à chaque fois un régal.

Be careful using your cutting board for raw meat then using it to cut up the needles. Maybe you cleaned it or used the other side.
