One day they wedged a raw copper containing rock somewhere and was able to get it out but it was not big and looked plausible it could have gotten tossed up there from the tires.

Long story short, if you ever commit a crime, just keep denying it.. odds are it will cost more for the cops to take you to court than it will be worth, so they'll just let you go.. at-least that's what I've learned from our judicial system anyway..
