Remarkable how quiet those machines are.
Working in an electronics factory in the late 80's the latest equipment they had was an automatic insertion machine (through hole standard components). Was in an acoustic enclosure and you needed to wear hearing protection it was so loud!
And rusty machine parts too! Anyone who has watched well knows what I mean.

These are the good paying tech jobs the country should invest in and teach for the upcoming tech workers and visionaries.

Lulz, these are not good paying jobs in the least. This is just typical factory line operator work, you can take anyone off the streets who wants to do that work and teach the job in a day or so. Thing is, it's bloody mind numbing to insert the same damn connector in the same damn PCB over and over again ad nauseum. Nobody really wants to do that work in developed countries, never mind for the peanuts it pays.
Now developing and building the machinery to do the work instead of the operators, that's more developed nation work. But for that you have to know a thing or two and have some actual skills.

I used XP just the other day to scan some documents. My Canon Scanner is around 20 years old, and only works with XP, which runs on my old self-built desktop. Day to day, I'm using a Windows 11 Mini PC, which is a really nice machine.
In Medical Field some use WinNT4.0 🤷🏻♂️ or i know a carton Producer with some machine Run with 286 and DOS with TCP Stack.
I still use Windows 7 with MS Office Suite 2010. Works well, no need for unnecessary updates.

He forgot the leds at 6:05. also Your pcbs have uneven copper coating because of possibly rushed electroplating shown at 8:09.(Although it's apparently a ground plane and should be fine.)
I think a second worker places the buttom LEDS.

The wire roll holders are not safe being that are pointed to you, rod ends are not bent sufficiently and some dont even have a rubber boot at the edge (still no use), use holders on side ways

Only two things stand out which could be less is more. Heat paste under those 2 heatsinks was super excessive. And then the Thermal pad. Why not just put in a thicker heatsink and a thinner thermal pad. Cost on one material is cheaper than the other but doesnt mean its better for the product. Even though these units should never be opened.
That thermal pad between LTE modem card and heatsink was super thick. Never seen so thick thermal pad. It should be as thin as possible really. 1-2mm is usual thickness, rarely more.
Other than that, pretty decent assembly shop. Soldering looks good.
That are no thermal pads. That are shielding covers containing the chips underneath. Made of thin metal.

Why not switch to SMD leds instead of DIP leds on those other motherboards?

@@SabbirImon it would be also very cost saving to not use people to assemble leds rather make them solder on the machines, i mean last time when i bought 100 pieces of 3mm leds it costed me like a dollar and something but when i bought smd leds it was 50 cents
It is far off to the top over, if use SMD LED the light will mix or cross over to each other.
@@jxmai7687 Then modify the design i have a router that uses smd leds and has no crossover issues with its leds
