    PLEASE NOTE: The developers have admitted the attack on the final boss is in fact *BUGGED* and firing *A LOT* faster than it is supposed to. This should hopefully be fixed by the time you get to play it so it should be honestly, very easy to win this difficulty when the game is out.

      Looks like your supposed to keep your distance and punish after an attack

      @@shawnhiggins1005 nope, the developers confirmed it is a bugged attack that is moving nearly 10x as fast as it is supposed to be

    That other shield like item that you didn't know what it was? Gave you a full level up. Really easy to miss while playing but I caught it on the replay. could make stacking extra barrel spawns surprising powerful.

      Also, the dragonblood elixir spawns an elite every time you use it. It's like Bait from Brotato.

    The "looks like a shield" is a free level.

    Oof. I can see how that final boss was ... off-putting. I hope it didn't entirely kill your enthusiasm for another run, I was enjoying the additional brotato-adjacent content 😂

    Cant do the quest for weapon master for starting items? hit 2 max stat? how to clear this one?

    Now I'm wondering what the counter for that boss attack even is... please do another run and try to find out 🙏

      I've gotta be honest, I don't think there is one. I did another run off camera to try and run _through_ him to see if he just couldn't track fast enough but that doesn't work either. You literally are just forced to get very tanky and do zero damage to survive it, and even then it might kill you. I don't think I have it in me to stomach another attempt unfortunately, the game has a few too many obvious flaws to be enjoyable.
      Today's episode _was_ my "another run to find out" benefit of the doubt run.

    Yep the boss is there to deter you from making glass cannon build, you can have hp/amour build or a mix- having all weapons don’t cut it

      Sorry, but that is a horrible choice if so, never good to _force_ a build on a player in a game like this. Defeats the entire purpose of making wild builds if they always have to meet the exact same checklist to beat a boss. Forced damage in a game like this is bad design 101.

      I mean, even ignoring that, the character's, er, "character" item is all about lining up weapons to gain armor, why would he think that maxing out the armor from his special item would simply be inadequate as a defense when combined with lifesteal and high attack speed? It's not like I could see anything in the game communicating the idea that that'd be wrong until the suckerpunch at the end, which is a very "waste the player's time" way of doing that, which isn't great.
      Like, he was even commenting that he felt like he already had a lot of armor, and since he was just taking moderate, yet survivable if he stayed on his toes, damage from ranged enemies and little else, how was he reasonably supposed to know that going far beyond any standards of "tankiness" he'd had to use previously was mandatory for the boss?

      @@RetromationIt'd be okay if it was, say, telegraphed from the very start. For example, a stage where you get to see the boss info ahead of time, and it has something like:
      SPECIAL ABILITY: Periodically deals large bursts of unavoidable damage to the player!
      And then you say "oh well I guess for this stage I need to make sure I have lots of defense, max HP, and ability to heal up".
      But yeah nah getting suckerpunched by mechanics that don't have any warning is just the game deciding to randomly kill you, "drink an unidentified potion in Rogue" style, except this time you're not drinking a potion 15 seconds after starting you're only hitting it after a long and otherwise seemingly on-track run to succeed.
