Here's one I heard that creeped me out:
A hunter got lost in the woods after a day hunting. He looked for a way out for hours, then stumbled upon a small cabin. He assumed that nobody was living there anymore so he decided to stay for the night. When he got in, he noticed that the walls had a lot of creepy paintings with people creepily smiling that seemed to follow him. He was creeped out a bit but still went to sleep. When he got up the next morning, he looked around and saw that there were no paintings anywhere, only windows.

I've heard this on a creepypasta before.
@@Scorpiosting_1029This is an old, old story. I first heard it as a young kid, from my uncle, who said it was his favorite story as a child. Was about 26 years ago he told it to me, and when he heard it in his own childhood, it would've had to be another 25-30 years back. Some of the details vary slightly, but same idea.
When I was told it, it was set in the rockies. The man wasn't a hunter, but a hiker, who'd wandered off and lost track of the trail. Trying to find his way back, but with nothing to see by but what little moonlight has filtered it's way down through the trees, he comes across an old, long-abandonded fire lookout tower, the kind with a cabin on top, where the forest service worker would've lived in while stationed there. Knowing he'll have much better luck finding his way come daylight, and even thinking that the fire tower's height will make it easy to spot his way once the sun is up, he decides to spend the night there, and climbs up the ladder to the cabin. Once inside, he notices that the cabin contains many unsettling paintings. Each features one, or more, women, their skin so pale that their faces seem to almost glow white, and each wearing an almost aggressive smile, their mouths full of too many teeth. The paintings give him an uneasy feeling, but despite this he's still able to fall asleep reasonably quickly, though his sleep is fitful, and he has many nightmares. In the morning he wakes up to sun streaming in the windows on to his face. Windows, high in the air, where the paintings had been the night before. He was right, he's able to spot the trail quite easily now from up there in the daylight, but the whole way back to it, he swears that the wind whistling through the trees almost sounds like women's laughter.
It's cool that these old spooky stories are getting changed and rehashed and getting posted as creepypastas. I love how urban legends evolve with time and by medium.

That first story sounds like a skin walker, also known as a Wendigo. If you believe the Native American legends (most wont even speak of it) the “creature” impersonates loved ones, trying to coax you outside. Some of the stories are truly terrifying.
hello, i am a native american and would like to correct something, those are seperate entities, the second one is someone who committed cannibalism, they become a creature, needing to eat human flesh, but they always grow bigger after consuming someone, so they are always hungry
From the first story, it sounded like a skinwalker. A skinwalker is a creature that can shapeshift. They often take the form of a family member or friend, someone you would trust. They can sound just like the person they shapeshifted in. The scary part is, they use this to lure you out of your house and cause harm to you, whether it's physical or psychological.
Pikes Peak is a mountain, not a town. They probably visited Colorado Springs.

That second story reminded me a lot of a story my dad tells. He is not superstitious at all, but he does believe in the afterlife.
My grandfather always wanted my dad to have children, but he passed away before meeting us. So the morning after I was born, my dad told my mom that he dreamt that my grandfather had come to meet me. He says that he saw him and they talked, and my granddad told him he was doing well, and that he was happy. My dad mentions that it felt super real. After that, my mom went downstairs and saw that the front door was wide open, and there was no evidence of anyone breaking in or entering.

Can't know for sure without further research, but the "Broadcast" story sounds like a textbook case of a schizophrenic hallucination. It's very common for schizophrenics to hallucinate people on TV talking directly to them, and often saying negative things. If untreated, the patient often has trouble distinguishing fact from fiction, and may treat their hallucinations as real occurrences.

About this cabin story;
I'm not sure, but i remember a very, very similar story, or more of an interview with a couple. They said that they experienced the almost exact same, but not long ago, someone seem to have burned down that cabin.
