Jay Sifford is a garden designer, writer and lecturer from Charlotte, North Carolina. He was named "North Carolina's Most Outstanding Landscape Designer 2021" by LuxLife magazine, and has won numerous awards from Houzz. His work has been featured in Fine Gardening, Garden Design, Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens and Country Gardens magazines, as well as in several books.
Jay gardens in both the mountains of western North Carolina where he has a large stylized
meadow as well as a shade garden under a canopy of mature rhododendrons, and in a small city townhouse courtyard in Davidson. His mountain, named Rhodwood, was the subject of a feature article in the February 2023 issue of Fine Gardening, and will be featured in a summer issue of Southern Living. Sifford believes that a great garden is built upon four cornerstones: art, magic, story and horticulture. His unique approach to garden design makes him a sought-after speaker and designer.

Yeah I'm from Pennsylvania and I have 30 gardens at memorial Park I've been doing 18 to 20 years now and I buy all the plants for out there I love it it really is so relaxing and so relaxing for everybody else that comes out I buy put so many different kinds of different plants out there peonies Irish is everything you think about it I got it probably out there but your show is good thank you goodbye

Yeah this is Gene again from Pennsylvania I just wanted to say that I'm also having little girl scouts coming out on Tuesday from the memorial Park and we're going to do a little fairy garden so it should be a lot of fun and I get the kids from the valley high School come out and help me some 71 now so I'm getting older skin the harder but I love it I love being out there all the time so talk to you later the other kids have so much fun walking around the park and looking for the different gardens and different fairy gardens and I do a lot of antique lots of fun I really enjoy it and everybody else does too special people do people that come and they first see the gardens out there they're just so well and overwhelmed so talk to you later thank you bye
