- With our In the Beginning Tour effectively shut down in Australia, we took our show to New Zealand for a sold-out performance at the Powerstation, Auckland Dec 5th 2019.
On landing in Auckland the day before the show, we learn of the heavy prison sentence handed down to Yp & Celly. We also lose J_Emz who is denied entry into the country by NZ immigration. Carlin Leota captures behind the scene footage as Spenny decides to carry the weight of the team on his shoulders and press on with the show despite being down 3 members.

I wish i'd been there, that crowd looks legit amazing. People say one four shows are scary and maybe there's some rough types there but it looks like it's all love for the music and that's rare to see at any hip hop show nowadays.
Big ups to Spenny for putting the whole show on his back and performing. Also big ups to the fans who still went to the show regardless of the circumstances, keep fighting and shit is gonna change.

The way these Ladz have blown up, you have to admit you do see similarities with NWA. The big question now is how will they progress as a group with half the team behind bars? Do they push on with just Spenny and J-Emz (holding the fort), introduce new members to the music scene or do they go the 'solo feature' route with other artists on home-soil and overseas? Hopefully we don't see them end up like Deathrow Records, who had a a great run of hits but were only around for a few years. The music up until now has been unreal and I'm hoping they beat the odds that are being stacked against them at this time.
