Wow, I didn't expect making these very delicious milk cakes could take time and patience :-) I got myself frozen Brar's Milk Cake from Wal-Mart (8 pieces per pack) and I was able to finish 4 in one sitting!!! I wanted more but I stopped myself, lol!!! I will eat the rest later today. These are really good Indian sweets!!!

I made this sweet but covered and kept overnight but did not come out like pieces it was soft i removed from vessel in the next day in afternoon almost 15 hour is it because of that or i covered it as soon i removed in vessel because of steam but taste is good as store brought.
I was soo happy that I will make them and eat as I was soo much hungry but unfortunately the last part broke my heart ( waiting for 24 hours).. Anyway very nicely done I will definitely try🥰🥰 them...

But your recipe shows doing it all together. When you add lemon or citric acid, does it not separate enough to leave whey that has to be drained?

+ritikavasu you need to keep this sweet in vessel for 24 hours .. As it takes a lot of time to set.
