Watched very public hearing and read every filed document. Had you watched the hearing where the Lead Detective with Moscow Police Dept and officer Payne testified you too would believe/feel BK is innocent.

Those privileges should be granted depending on the severity of the charges and the evidence already in place. This mass murderer (as science has already shown) does not deserve even a fair trial for what he clearly did. And Judge Judge is a lackluster judge that sold himself to the best interests of the University and this defendant's team of lawyucks paid by taxpayers.
Is the education system in the U.S. so poor that people don't even understand the basics of their legal system? Bryan's rights are not privileges, and guilt or innocence is determined at the end of the trial. Some will be in for a rude awakening if they still believe Santa will drop a mountain of evidence. The defense and Bryan already know what he has. The PCA is not evidence, nor is it based on scientific findings. None of the claims have been confirmed by independent experts, and some don't even exist. We heard this directly from the lead detective. Payne and Mowery testified under oath in open court. It's unclear how much of this story can even be used in court, as the standards are much stricter at this stage.
This charade worked well until the defense finally had a chance, albeit a limited one, to respond. They didn't have that opportunity during a preliminary hearing. A confident prosecutor with a strong case doesn't hide behind the FBI, a grand jury, and a gag order. No one stopped Santa from building a solid case. Everything points to this case aiming for a plea deal, where false claims and lies could persist since it would never reach trial. His legacy will be this epic fail, and he will be remembered for his meltdown in front of Dr. Edelman because he was hurt by a PowerPoint slide showing his own words.
Santa gambled and lost. If that weren't the case, he wouldn't be slumped behind his desk but would still be delivering grandiose speeches. He allowed the residents of Latah County to be portrayed as biased, knowing full well the courthouse was unsuitable. He had experts spend months proving this bias, only to sit unprepared behind his desk, red-faced and silent. Where were his experts? Why didn't he ask any questions? I will never understand how people can continue to deny these glaring issues.
