Hi. One of the important points to consider before buying a product, especially at the pricey end, is "service". In my recent experience, my Viomi SE suddenly stopped working a few days ago despite being okay. It could happen with any appliance. But the worst part is that Viomi has no service centre in India and only one 3rd party service centre located in Mumbai. So sending my robot VC to Mumbai from North India and even to a 3rd party is not a wise option. So, in the long run, the serviceability of an appliance is a very important point to consider.
I am facing the same problem as recently my Viomi V3 is getting mad sometimes and working according to its wish and not my command through the app. And saddest part that the company doesn't have its service centre and instead pointing towards the Bombay based third party
I am facing same problem with iLife A9. As long as its working, there's no problem. The moment even a pin breaks, we have to spend upward of 2000/- just for transporting it to Bangalore service center (we stay in Hyderabad). Having a local service center is a big plus and scores above fancy features in the long run, especially because most of these devices are made in China and extremely prone to faults and defects.
I bought this Agaro product after watching your video, but this is not at all effective. Cleaning is pathetic. It moves the way it wants, sometimes stays still doing nothing. Useless product. Amazon is not ready to either replace or return. Looks like Total money loss and scam. Will surely post/protest against this product wherever possible to make others aware. Whats the point spending so much for nothing. This video looks to be a paid promotion.

Purchased ecovacs Y1 pro & is good…. Only concern is one should empty the dust pan & water after use ( if you stay in humid climate or climate is humid due to monsoon it will grow fungus in dust pan as it might collect food particles from kitchen ) prefer self emptying robots which would self wash and dry the mopping pads
Your review is good but two things you need to discuss:- 1. After sale service…. 2. How much area can any cleaner can dust or mop by its half an hour service?
I would suggest you to not buy it. In India support is poor. Spare parts are not available. Such products are Not made for India or are only for people for whom it doesnt matter if they loose 40k. Rest is your choice.

Using Ecovacs Deebot Y1 pro for more than 3 months. Cleaning is good both wet and dry. One con i can say is that their UI, after an update the UI is changed and is very confusing but i think they would change it in the next update. I purchased it around 18k during sales in amazon. At this price i am very happy with the performance it is providing :)
I also bought y1 pro in big billion days at 10500 rupees. I only use dry cleaning and never used wet cleaning . Only con is my y1 pro struggle to return to its charging dock and keeps rotating around the dock and rarely attaches to charging dock .but the cleaning is excellent.
@vinod7346 clean the sensors and are you starting the deebot from charging dock ? Mine also had the same problem a few days back but now it goes back automatically. Make sure the charging dock power should be on for it to return back and also place it in a place where there is enough space in left and right side of the docking station.

Thanks Vineet ji, I have Ecovacs omni X1 and it would complete 2 years soon in coming Feb, its THE BEST ROBOT from Ecovacs if one have budget. One time investment for sure.
Major problem with agaro is service, they don't have physical service, it's all done through phone, if the product works its great but when it gets repaired or replaced u will definitely have to wait atleast 2 months, because i know, i had personal experience from agaro pressure washer
Exactly.... They are a scam company..... I had a very bad experience with their food processor..... The jar cracked with out any reason and I cannot find a replacement. Spare parts are not available. And on contacting the customer care you seem to be talking to some shady people who have no clear answers to your queries.

Vineet sir, please recommend the best and practical office desk, laptop, keyboard cleaning solution, it could be a vacuum cleaner, dusters, or any other combination of things that may allow for easy cleaning of plugs, sockets wire clusters, keyboards, desktop, table top ,small stuff lying on the desk, etc. I can think of following as a value to the users - it should be effective and efficient in cleaning - should provoke to clean and not procrastinate since it is so easy and handy to use - price range - less than 1.5 k Also, do let your subscribers an followers know what is the sweet spot in terms of level of cleaning, ease of use and price range.
One of the key for this kind of products is after sales services which you have not discussed. This is very important. If you go to amazon reviews for all these products, there are many people who are annoyed, irritated and frustrated if anything wrong happens to product. There are no service center around and reaching out to them is extremely difficult or customer representative are hardly interested in handling your issues. You should include that as well in your review since this is pretty new category.

I was waiting for your review about robotic vacuum cleaners a few months back. But after searching on the internet, I bought the Agaro vacuum cleaner. I'm glad that I bought the 2nd ranked product in your reviews. I also bought the Yamaha soundbar and Crompton Air cooler after watching your reviews and suggested the Samsung Ecobubble washing machine to my friend. My next purchases on my radar are the Agaro air fryer, Sony Bravia TV, Panasonic 5-star AC, and Atomberg ceiling fan.

Pathetic after sales service! Highly incompetent, just pushing their product in the market. No physical presence of technicians, disgusting customer service and the technical team seems to be struggling in absence of proper knowledge of the product. All in all one should not go for Agaro products despite the ads they do by hiring big wigs or influencers.

I had been using the Mi Robot 1 for 4 years without any issues and was really satisfied with its performance. I recently decided to try the TP LINK Robot, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The build quality was terrible - it started breaking into tiny chunks of plastic within days. To make matters worse, it stopped working entirely after just one week. I ended up losing 36k in a week, and it was incredibly frustrating.

Good research, really helped understanding about the robotic vacuum cleaners. However, your pricing of agaro and Ecovacs is off.. both the products are 10-15+k more than what you have mentioned in the video.
Agaro model on amazon and flipkart is priced at 30000, but the video mentioned at 20000. Do t know if the video is old at the time of making it....10000 increase not sure if its worth. 20000 was a steal deal though😂

I am already purchase agaro alpha on 24 July 2024 in 18k after get 2 k discount on Flipkart so wait for next Flipkart or Amazon deal then you will definitely get this robo in 18 to 19k.
i purchased agaro alpha, am noticed some drawbacks. the two side brushes are falling in floor without any strong reason, and it is not giving any alarts and voices when it happened. if water is not sufficient it should alart us but it is not. the battery capacity is not sufficient for 1k + sq. feets. the charging time is 3 to 4hrs. the one brush providing vaccum cleaners are having scrow which helps a lot. the robo always depends on right side brush at corners and middle of floor. the left brush is dummy always. if there is any time mission i choose y1 pro. (same price during BB days).

After a lot of research, I purchased Ecovacs N10, 3 months ago. As of today, I am completely satisfied with it.
I have bought it and the product is a defective piece. Had to go through a lot for the return process. Utterly disappointed!

True but I think it is not the right time to buy these bots in India yet. Customer support is poor, parts are not available and what not.

Major problem with agaro is service, they don't have physical service, it's all done through phone, if the product works its great but when it gets repaired or replaced u will definitely have to wait atleast 2 months, because i know, i had personal experience from agaro pressure washer
Exactly.... They are a scam company..... I had a very bad experience with their food processor..... The jar cracked with out any reason and I cannot find a replacement. Spare parts are not available. And on contacting the customer care you seem to be talking to some shady people who have no clear answers to your queries.

Vineet sir, please recommend the best and practical office desk, laptop, keyboard cleaning solution, it could be a vacuum cleaner, dusters, or any other combination of things that may allow for easy cleaning of plugs, sockets wire clusters, keyboards, desktop, table top ,small stuff lying on the desk, etc.
I can think of following as a value to the users
- it should be effective and efficient in cleaning
- should provoke to clean and not procrastinate since it is so easy and handy to use
- price range - less than 1.5 k
Also, do let your subscribers an followers know what is the sweet spot in terms of level of cleaning, ease of use and price range.

One of the key for this kind of products is after sales services which you have not discussed. This is very important. If you go to amazon reviews for all these products, there are many people who are annoyed, irritated and frustrated if anything wrong happens to product. There are no service center around and reaching out to them is extremely difficult or customer representative are hardly interested in handling your issues.
You should include that as well in your review since this is pretty new category.

Pathetic after sales service! Highly incompetent, just pushing their product in the market. No physical presence of technicians, disgusting customer service and the technical team seems to be struggling in absence of proper knowledge of the product. All in all one should not go for Agaro products despite the ads they do by hiring big wigs or influencers.

Hi Vineet, I have been watching your videos since you started and I really liked your research and honesty. Of late I have seen that you are favouring Agaro a lot( may be a coincidence). There are so many robovacs in market and Agaro stands no where. How can you leave out ecovacs deebot N10, iroomba i3 etc. Just my opinion. Sorry if I am wrong.

I had been using the Mi Robot 1 for 4 years without any issues and was really satisfied with its performance. I recently decided to try the TP LINK Robot, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The build quality was terrible - it started breaking into tiny chunks of plastic within days. To make matters worse, it stopped working entirely after just one week. I ended up losing 36k in a week, and it was incredibly frustrating.

Agaro model on amazon and flipkart is priced at 30000, but the video mentioned at 20000. Do t know if the video is old at the time of making it....10000 increase not sure if its worth.

i purchased agaro alpha, am noticed some drawbacks. the two side brushes are falling in floor without any strong reason, and it is not giving any alarts and voices when it happened. if water is not sufficient it should alart us but it is not. the battery capacity is not sufficient for 1k + sq. feets. the charging time is 3 to 4hrs. the one brush providing vaccum cleaners are having scrow which helps a lot. the robo always depends on right side brush at corners and middle of floor. the left brush is dummy always. if there is any time mission i choose y1 pro. (same price during BB days).
