Oops! Sorry about the audio, all! Switching things up to record the podcast had some unintended repercussions, sounds wise... should be better next week!!
as others said, audio issues on this. Beyond that issue...I have had two projects recently for customers that had cushions on benches in them and didn't have time to re-install round corner. I just did square cushions and was asking myself how I would do a better job with native tools. As soon as you started talking about your method I said in my brain, "Ah, he's going to do a follow me" and then I had to say, "Now why didn't I think of that before." Thanks a bunch. I now have a solid and fast way to get simple, light weight cushions natively.

great videos as always. The way you modeled the sides of the cushion inspired me to use the follow me tool more often. but for the top I would prefer the sandbox tool. Isn't it a native tool too?
Well done. Can you please show the best way of how to copy-paste an object along a curve with only native tools (no extensions)? Like for example modeling a walkway of 2 concrete slabs that has some curved paths. Thank you sir.
Thanks Aaron, nice video. I've been out of the game for a while. What is autofold? Where in the toolbar is it located? Also what would the size of something like that be?

I don't have any professional background in Sketchup, but I learned a lot from you. Thanks to you.
Yeah... it's so easy....when you're really good at it :D
But very educational and easy to follow !
Great job (as usual) !
I respect you very much and I like the way you teach us, thank you very much.
Great work flow. Sometimes, just knowing where to start is half the battle.
Awesome tips! Greetings from Brazil! ;-)
Thanks a lot.
That was so easy when you show it.
This is a big help, Aaron. I have a sofa to model and this helps more than you know.
The sound was low, the video was very good.
Now we need a tutorial on how to make a couch cushion using plug-ins!!

I was having trouble with my project this helps a lot. thank you
Great as always
Thanks a lot
GOD bless you
Thank you! Trying to work out how to do this was doing my head in, although I was part way there in some sense by trying to do this with contours 🙂

Q:How can you import images and textures to paste them into already created objects ??
How can I ad the structure of grooves of the wood grain
Hummm, comfy! :-) Thanks Aaron, really usefull !
Sound problem Aaron although great job..
This feature at 7:06 only makes an object LOOK like round, I would like something that really changes the structure... does it exist?
wow sir its so easy 😊
Brilliant....

@@SketchUp Thank you
Thanks Aaron, nice video. I've been out of the game for a while. What is autofold? Where in the toolbar is it located? Also what would the size of something like that be?
SUPEEER VERY GOOD, THANKS
nice modelling
where can I find this with audio? thank you
Right here! Is it not working for you?
@@SketchUp OK thank you, had to turn the volume all the way up...........may have been an operator error as well.
when I use the follow me tool, the end result is not smooth like in yours. It had lines. How to fix it? I don't have any plugins.
Maybe this could also be done by creating a starting shape including the top and the bottom? With some cleanup... Like for house roofs...
❤❤❤
what is the shortcut for 1:50? please :(
Double clicking on a corner after you have placed one arc will automatically apply the same arc.
Great
Great video Aaron, but audio was VERY low. At max volume your voice was barely audible.
👍 👍 ❤️
I wonder how you could turn and orbit view so smooth (no dizzy at all) my mouse could not do that... are using special mouse or something... thanks😀
Aaron uses a 3D mouse in many of his videos.
Very good
Oh my god. I feel like Homer Simpson when he made the BBQ “why doesn’t mine look like that?!!!!”
Why is the volume so low on this one?
how we upload SketchUp 3d warehouse model not free by store
It looks like a great video, but I can’t hear anything! Can you please fix this?
Can you make videos using web sketchup ?
SketchUp lacks in bevel or smooth curves things to make like sofas , etc....Hope it will have goog curves options in future

That's 'View Hidden Geometry' - which you can assign to a keyboard shortcut in the preferences.
