Bought two XPro cam had problems with one….support suggested tapping on side of new camera to fix stuck filter! Support refused to replace, rather wanted credit card number for RMA. Made in china…roll the dice hope for best! Tactacam support is worse than SPYPOINT but all on par ….poor quality control cameras and lacking support
I don't have the Pro, but have X gen 1, X gen 2 and an XB. I can't get the X gen 1 to update it's firmware. Everytime I try it just flashes red. very difficult. other than that I like the cameras and the app. However the iOS app is still missing notification badges.
I have something killing my chicken so I put up a camera didn’t get any pictures pulled sd card had some coyotes on it that we’re never sent to my camera and yes it’s very difficult $400 a year I just want to put batteries in my cameras and use them not having to update firmware
They have their own sd card they will sell you for $30. I just gave them $400 so I can run my cameras and their not working right for another 30 I can get them going 🤔I couldn’t get the firmware to work having same problem you are
I have four of these cameras they work just ok they miss a lot of pictures when I go pull the SD cards their is a lot of pictures on-the sd card that are not sent to my phone I pay $400 a year for them and now the memory needs to be up dated no matter what it takes a picture of same time and date I called reveal and for 30 more dollars I can get one of their SD cards to update my cameras which I don’t think I should have to. I already paid my yearly fee. Camera should work.hello spy point
I have 8 cameras and had a problem with one of them where the date and time never changed. I talked to customer service and they sent me a download to my email that I could download on my own SD card. I loaded it into the camera and it fixed it up like new.
