Preparation:

2.Silicone pigment:XG-serise mixing ratio 10%;suede flour mixing ratio 8-10%.
3.Catalyst:Fast dry catalyset XG-866B-2 mixing ratio 2%.
4.Silicone thinner:XG-128AH mixing ratio 0-20%.
5.Baking at 140 degree for 10 minutes.
6.Tunnel drying 120-130 degree for 5-6 seconds.
Process:
Step1:Round silicone under print 2 layers.

Silicone thinner XG-128AH 5G
Step2:Color with suede flour print 3 layers.

Step3:Color with soft silicone thickening print 10-15 layers.

Step4：Color with suede flour top coating print 1 layer.

Step5:Baking at 140 degree for 10 minutes.
