- Boasting the latest WiFi 6+, with speeds up to 3,000Mbps, the Huawei WiFi AX3 Router costs only RM299. Is it worth the price?
A reviewer from my country Romania has tested this router connected simultaneously to 18 different devices, (14 smart mobile phones, 3 laptops, and one desktop), all devices displaying 4k content, uploading, or downloading data...at the same time! All devices showed no signs of lagging or other problems. For this test was used a gigabit connection with a real speed of around 800-900 Mbit/s. I don't know exactly how the range of this device is, but I'm hoping is ok. Maybe this info can help one decide easier about purchasing this unit.
The only advantage of AX3 vs stock router is more stable. Your test result is showing AX3 is performing worse than the free router in many locations. I am getting the similar test result.
Bro.. from the results you showed, it's minimal improvement compared to the stock time tplink router. And at the kitchen area the time router almost doubled the speed of the huawei 😅
Good night sir
Want to ask if this rounter can be used to become a WiFi repeater / extender? thank you
Nice and clean explanation, Exactly what I needed while planning to by the wifi AX3. Thanks and cheers 🍻
Glad it helped!
Hello, great video. I have a VDSL 50MBPS connection through a modem router from the ISP. How do I connect the Huawei WiFi AX3 Router to the modem router?
Hello is this compatible with 3rd party mesh WiFi? like the TP-LINK DECO? Thanks.
I bought the huawei
AX-3 Pro WiFi 6 from China. Its from their authorised sales shop. Upon reaching Singapore, it fails to detect WiFi. I have to connect it thru my old router for it to have signal! It's supposed to be the most powerful WiFi yet I can't use it because old router can't reach certain parts of the house. Speed is also slow, again because its connected thru the old router. Can anyone help? Called their hotline and they don't provide support for huawei products not purchased in Singapore. 😤
can we use this for router for PPPoe connections?
This can connect to 4g modem using this router?
How much is this ? Where can I buy this ?
This one is a quad core it should have been tagged as PRO -> AX3 Solo is Dual Core I guess.
What phone are you using to test the wifi?
China version there is no free Lan port cable right
Probably right I received it two days ago and I didn't find the cable.
Can I insert any simcard?
I would like to know that, too.
But it looks like no.
Thanks for the valuable info. I was wondering if can be used with Time Broadband or not. You gave me the answer. Thank you.
Yes you can! Hehe, enjoy.
Apa perbedaan dengan ws5200
Very nice
My house is 1750sq and the router is not power enough to cover all the house garage zone is not cover also the rooms are not full signal Read this before buying
Er, you probably need a mesh for a place that big. Even my 95sqm flat needs an AP to cover 3 bedrooms. And a garage? Seriously? If you can afford a house with a garage, what's dropping a few tens of dollars for a few more of this units?
Third comment is mine 🤣
Second comment is mine😂
Does it work for PC?
Yes, it does.
First comment is mine
that AX3 pro cost 40usd in CHINA
At its cheapest price but if you ship to other country it increases
Pwede po b to sa wfh?

Hahahha... Sana may benta na ganyan sa Pinas
Hahahaha
The advantage of TP-Link is you will get about 10 years worth of firmware and security updates. If Huawei goes out of business, you will get zero upgrades and the product will be abandoned.
Nope. TP Link is notorious for releasing newer revision of the same device (v1 v2 v3 so on) while abandoning firmware updates for the older revision. If you're talking about Asus, yeah more believable though 10 years is far fetched
@@sirfaliq The issue remains. Huawei is drowning fast.
never seen a tp-link product get firmware updates for 10 years XD
Had 3 gigh end tp link riuters, neither one had more than 1 additional update of fw so ols don't talk bullshit. And in 10 years these routers are gonna be garbage anyways.
bla bla bla
