My fave is Brokeback Mountain....what a heartbreaking film. But I doubt anyone noticed early on, "This Special Friendship..." A French movie that was very daring for when it was released, in 1964. That movie is also very powerful and equally heartbreaking. Because it came out in 1964 and being the oldest film shown here, I really believe it should be much higher on this list!!! The courage of the film maker should count for something.....

I have "Little Ashes", "Brokeback Mountain", "Love, Simon" and "No night is too long". "No night is too long" is not here. Unfortunately. All are very good movies. With "Love, Simon" you could have done a nice movie scene with Parter. As a series, I find Shadowhunters Malec super.

Another movie missing is "Ode to Billy Joe" with Robby Benson from 1976. On UA-cam you can see the scene where he tells his girl about himself. Heartbreaking! This is a good list but very heavy on newer films, neglecting the old stuff which was braver because of the times they were made in.....

Faltó 'Cruising' (1980) de William Friedkin, protagonizada por Al Pacino.
Una de las películas más controvertidas para su época.
