Omg my husband has even bought their merch and he is one of those guys who never shops. One day all these wall tapestries and wearable blankets arrived and I was like what are you doing?! He just smiled and said "Look how cute they are!" They must be doing something right. Edit: They give out free stickers and coupons with every order. I remember my husbands order came with this cute little envelope full of coupons and stickers.
Hey Joe I just have to say Thank you SO much for all your help and support to all of us starting out! I have found your videos so incredibly helpful. I feel confident that I can accomplish my goals with your support thru these videos.
Their ads show on my FB feed often. Before I knew about POD I wondered how they created products with so many different designs. I did almost buy something a couple of times but questioned the quality since there were so many different choices.
The quality is great. My husband has 2 of the hooded blankets and they didn't start falling apart until he had worn and tossed them around for years. He is really hard on blankets and they held up nicely. The wall tapestries he bought still look brand new and I wash them in the machine often.
You don’t really “get designs” most successful store owners are making them or using a designer I make 75% of my own designs and the rest I use designers
Wouldn’t it be the same thing apply with other products that come in different sizes? I’ve sold shoes and didn’t notice a major difference with return requests
A product-based store is a store based on one product, this store has many different products so it cannot be a product focused store. I would say this is a niche store focused on “good vibes/meditation/spirituality“
I see lots of products with peace signs, sun and moon, zodiac themes, mandalas - I immediately thought of it as like a new age spiritual/meditation niche “Yes we vibe” to me was also a name that fit that as well.
Considering the engagement and the follower number ratio, it seems most of its followers are fake. But still if they can make sales somehow, it is another thing...
The printing company is only 7/10 though. I’m in my research phase of POD, I had my own custom t shirt business in 2011-2015 no POD yet… or that I was aware of) so I made each design and put it on the shirts. I have been trying to figure out what printing supplier to use within Printify, and I would not want to go with a 7/10 but maybe that doesn’t matter?
I reviewed their shoes on my channel before their quite nice. I’m assuming whatever has hurt their review is because the product is coming from China and maybe people didn’t expect it to actually take a few weeks to arrive.
Do I understand correctly that *everything* in the store is BOGO, so it feels like you are always getting a great deal? Instead of cutting prices in half and trying to sell one pair, they make it seems like it's an awesome deal that you're getting two for the price of one?
I didn’t say to never add more. I just said that when I launch store as I try and prioritize launching with a small collection and once the store is open, then focus on growing on the catalog.
Awesome video thanks. One thing that I'd like to challenge is their clear claims for being vegan friendly. As a vegan myself there's not that many companies who will declare their products are actually vegan because most of them don't know if 100% of their manufacturing process doesn't involve animal products. Firstly dyes and secondly glue. Sketchers do have a lot of vegan shoes and I imagine they would know for sure if they are in fact made using animal based glues. But even companies like vivobarefoot have now made a disclaimer to say they are somewhat vegan friendly but cannot trace every stage of the manufacturing process, meaning they may still be using animal based glues in their shoes. If this store is in fact using Printify partners, specifically the ones in China, I really would not put all my trust into their claims of being vegan :/ which then leads me to question the ethics and morals of running a print on demand store. And I do find myself hesitating and stalling on this point when trying to design or start. I find myself getting frustrated at creating more stuff for the crazy consumerist world we live in, and then also having to trust that companies are being truthful about their manufacturing processes. Anyway that's all I had to get off my chest! 😂

Joe do you do one on one consultation for print on demand stores ?
TY!!! AWESOME
This store has 21 employees! All with POD! How convincing is this! Just wow!
Is this only for Americans? Are post fees terrible big as in printify if your customers are in Europe?
great video mate
gotta question ?
where do you get great designs like that shop had on there sneakers and tops?
You don’t really “get designs” most successful store owners are making them or using a designer
I make 75% of my own designs and the rest I use designers
@@RealJoeRobert so thanks
where do we get designers?

Thanks for the great advice. Could you do something on Dog Lovers niche please?
I’ve got a few videos like that already 😊 check my store review playlist
Do you think having a christain giftshop is a good nishe?
Absolutely
Seems like a solid niche concept to me
1/3 of the USA is Christians. That's a good size audience imho.
deff
Interesting. Tapestries? Personalisation?
What’re you asking me lolv
@@RealJoeRobert store selling tapestries, store selling personalisation products
Question Joe: how does it work with shoe sizes? Isn't it a problem if people want to fit the shoes first?
Wouldn’t it be the same thing apply with other products that come in different sizes? I’ve sold shoes and didn’t notice a major difference with return requests
@@RealJoeRobert okay. Thanks for responding!
Hey Folks this is Joe here! love the work you do, Can you talk or do a video on how to run a store from outside the US.
How would I be able to do that I live in the usa
Do I need website?? Can I use my own?
I use Shopify to build the store/website
Yep, people think everything is over night.
I am new to POD world, Might I know what store are they? Niche store? so, what is the niche? thanks for sharing
It’s a niche store with a zen/yoga/meditation niche
@@RealJoeRobert thank you very much
Seems like returns would be a pain on shoes
Thank you
Thanks for watching 🙏
I was just on the printify website and there are no shoes other than flip-flops.
They are there, switch your fulfillment location to china in all of the filters on the left
@@RealJoeRobert TY!!
Good video…I must have missed what the stores niche is or I just didn’t understand what the niche was
They've got a lot of sun and moon, mandalla, spiritual elements - definitely a new age/meditation type vibe!
I am looking for the same supplier that they have but cant find it ?
Pillow profits has the slip onshoes, the rest of their products are available from almost all supplierd
@@RealJoeRobertthx joe i am looking into it right now
How if i choose like 10 products?
Seems like a lot to make designs for at the beginning
Would you say this is a niche store or a product store?
A product-based store is a store based on one product, this store has many different products so it cannot be a product focused store. I would say this is a niche store focused on “good vibes/meditation/spirituality“
What is best websites to make designs using AI for shoeses.. I know Leonardo and kittle , is they are good on this niche?
Joe, you mentioned about choosing a niche. But YesWeVibe does not have a niche
I see lots of products with peace signs, sun and moon, zodiac themes, mandalas - I immediately thought of it as like a new age spiritual/meditation niche
“Yes we vibe” to me was also a name that fit that as well.
The shoes you're showing on Printify are only printed in China. Are those really the shoes they are using?
Yes why? The only shoes I’ve ever seen from and pod supplier are from china
Considering the engagement and the follower number ratio, it seems most of its followers are fake. But still if they can make sales somehow, it is another thing...

Why are you advising to have 4-8 designs in the start? I mean people will just come on the website, see it's only a handful of designs and leave.
