Growing up I always went to the park after school. I loved to swing and I had friends who would meet up later in the day. The older I got we started going out at night. When I was 17 I moved away but would still drive home to chill with my friends at the park way after dark. I’m 28 now and our old park has been torn down and rebuilt but I still dream about it. The memories will be with me forever.

Reminds me of a girl I used to chill with earlier in college. Some late nights we'd walk down to this park not too far from the school and just kick it/makeout a while and all. All a dreamy kind of haze at this point and this song really matches that perfectly.

I really loved this song when I was 14-16ish, and I remember I’d listen to it alll the time, on the bus to school, in the park in the middle of unbearably hot summer at nighttime, laying in bed on weekends. Even though I was in middle school/early highschool, it made me feel like how I wanted to feel at that age, when I was a kid, but what I didn’t actually feel, if that makes sense
