I really think that even animals meditate for example my cat when she is sitting on the window she imagines herself running outside and that's how she can be and stay happy 😊
Regards to that 10 minute exercise you mentioned, I journaled what my life would look like if I never met a man I was happy with. I would have to live my life completely on my own terms and by myself. Doing that little journal entry helped me to see myself beyond just a partner in another man's life. I no longer want to think of myself as just serving my man emotionally and on his time.
why do i feel like some men seem to find the attention-seeking, flashy, "look at me" women more attractive than their more modest, private (never posts herself on social media) significant other??
Yes and it appears that it’s just how it’s intended to be. Even when a girl starts out needy and desperate for male approval, she undergoes something so heartbreaking that she ends up hardening into the girl that doesn’t care about men eventually
if you want someone to chase you. and you are in no contact should you completely remove them like block or not completely block you and see what's happening in your life. i mean people can make alot from viewing just the dp. I am afraid that what if out of sight out of mind work for guys as well. please ans this.

Never be a "pick me, please pick me" l see it among men and women. The games and manipulation. Neediness, desperate for approval and to be seen.
