i'm a goth guy and i wear a belt i made with numerous miniature skulls on them. after watching this video just for the hell of it i decided to try this melted plastic trick on a miniature skull and it worked! i melted the plastic with a lighter and i used pens instead of paint but colored it much like you did and though tiny it came out great!!! thank you so much for the ideas!!!!
Awesome stuff. The technique you used to blacken the body wasn't too different from a technique in painting miniatures called "dry brushing". Everything here looks like it was really easy to follow. Thanks for the great tutorial!
Damn that looks pretty freaking real. Real enough for someone to freak out and call the cops on you I’m just saying you might get someone out there that will think you actually burned someone at the stake.
ohh my you did a very realistic job..... I have a local thief who would love to steal that from my yard... Last yr. he took a window display of a skeleton sitting on a toilet reading a news paper.. Creepy thing is it was attached to my front door...
I bought all of my supplies I am so looking forward to make my corpse Skeleton today Thanks for all of your hard work and making it easier for us. I love your channel post pics of what your yard looks like this year. I will post a pic of my skeleton corpse when he is ready.
Man, this is way better than what I did with the same skeleton. I disassembled it & glued the spine together with the skull & caked the whole thing in Perma-Blood to look like a freshly torn out spinal column.
Wow seriously epic that is just like the real thing the real deal very well done love your details you added it looks very realistic your very talented and love all of your monster creations this is very high quality and very professional you should win lots of awards for the best creations for horror effects and special effects I've watched all your creations and they are thee best ✨🏆✨
Outstanding job! You can almost smell the smoke from here. Working on my weekend skeleton project tomorrow, thanks for all the wonderful ideas. "We are the granddaughters you couldn't burn"
Thank you for teaching us to become mad scientists!! Your step by step instructions and calm demeanor is totally appreciated!! I can't wait to do this corpsed skeleton!!! Adrenalin is at mock speed.. whoo hoo or better yet boo! hoo!
I made the mistake of eating spaghetti and meatballs while watching this. Hurk >.< Awesome result, it looks fantastic! Utterly terrifying, and one of the most gruesome decorations I've ever seen.
Seriously traumatized by ur work .lol u was eating a pastry idk why tonight I feel like I was eating flesh texture.. blood red inside my desert..I feel completely gross out n ur work in my my head. Lol 🤣
there is a water-base expand foam available. The brand is DAPtex Multi-purpose foam. soap and water cleanup but you still wouldn't want to get it on your skin so wear PPE.
I really enjoy watching your videos every Halloween season. And yes it for me it starts late August. You are so talented. Love the way you describe all these ghastly things so matter of fact-ly. lol
I made a rotting corpse but after I done the plastic, I used some toilet paper and latex...then painted it with wood stain... ..I’m going to make one again but doing it this way, this time
I wouldn't be surprised if Hollywood F/X people use the same methods, I have myself in the past used that insulation stuff for some F/X on a Decapitated dummy I had on my front porch it looked really good, once it expanded I used a sharp blade and then trimmed, it really paid of then threw some red paint and a meaty decapitation, like you said when "STUFF" sets up it can be very fleshy looking .
Wow this is awesome! Definitely trying this! Question, for the fake burnt out fire are you using a fog machine under the logs? What gives it the Smokey effect
Curious if you have tried press & seal versus plastic tarp & hot glue? I think the press & seal would be an easier application and the small texture on it might add to the result.
Ok, now that Ive watched this...OMG I love it!! It came out so cool! And wow, I forgot all about the old Dollar Tree painters plastic melting corpse trick!! Its one of the FIRST tutorials I EVER followed on YT...the Mummified Dollar Tree mini skeleton fairy specimen I think it was...you had put wires onto the skeleton to make wings with the plastic film, then shrunk it and I think we added Polymer clay devil horns and even bits of kids play wigs for hair!! Then we mounted it on a frame! I still have mine, but I have to re-glue one of the horns on, but have to bake up a new horn, lol! I dont know how it fell off and got lost, but it did! I suspect someone touched it to "see" what it was, but won't admit it, lol! That was my first one from this chnl and I've made many more since! Love the chnl, love the ease of the materials used and that its all easy to find stuff that doesnt break the bank! BUT the BEST part?? Eduardo explains things in such an easy going manner and makes it very simple....straight to the point with no unnecessary jibber or overly confusing explanations, so before you even buy the stuff, you're already confident you CAN actually do this one!!!! Even someone who cant draw a stick figure without people thinking the dog drew it, can make a pretty convincing re-painted doll head to look like Pennywise! Cant wait to get me a Skeleton and give this one a whirl! I already have all the other stuff! I actually make fake bread and cupcakes with Great Stuff...its, well, Great stuff! SUPER sticky though! Lol, as soon as you said smear it with your hands, even with gloves I thought Ewww, its SOOO sticky! LOL! Thanks for posting another amazing one!! =)
Links to all the materials and supplies in the video description. Go corpse!

Can you make a ghost out of plastic wrap?
You bet! Here you go: ua-cam.com/video/BHtsl55hzQg/v-deo.html
That came out so awesome. Beats paying $100 at Halloween store. 👍
I really like the way you do the intro to this. I had to stop the video just to say that now back to the learning!
I know that it's for Halloween, but you can also bring it to a barbecue party and get some reactions
I bought all of my supplies I am so looking forward to make my corpse Skeleton today
Thanks for all of your hard work and making it easier for us.

THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!!!! I just completed 4 of them! They turned out so EPIC!
It's really bloody clever what you do. It's a real art and science how you know what material does what
There are so many things WRONG with that skeleton! What were they thinking when they designed it? You improved it greatly!
ooo an ip65 lighting fixture with a fan and thin reflective fabric and fog be epic looking fire effect
That weed scale though…
Man, this is way better than what I did with the same skeleton. I disassembled it & glued the spine together with the skull & caked the whole thing in Perma-Blood to look like a freshly torn out spinal column.
Turned out really cool. Thought that the feet and legs might have been burned more since they're closer to the fire.
looks like the hitchiker from creepshow 2.
I did this technique on a skeleton this past Halloween……
I wish I could send you a picture

Some very cool concepts I have never seen before. Awesome job.
Very nice, I'm going to make one this year, Going to stain the teeth and darken the skeleton to really sell the look of a burned corpse.

Great work! It's amazing. And I love the little videos you made with it.
Amazing work!
Awesome stuff! I tried this but some parts of the spray foam flakes off the plastic. Did I do something wrong?
Made one myself and put my own spin on it
Wow that was so awesome 👏 you got some talent 👍 Awesome video tutorial 👍👍

So nice.
This turned out amazing!!
Wonder what the neighbors were thinking at 29:32
