i have this laptop , it's a trash heates a lot they have vents in back of laptop but dell oversmart engineers put batterypack there so vent they provided are useless , battery area heats a lot means lot .all other points of laptop are good .also can't charge laptop using type-c port , we need to use that stupid charger
Upgrade this laptop to 32gb ram, then it will be a beast.
As it has a shared graphic memory of 512 mb with 8gb ram..if you upgrade to 32 gb,shared memory will increase.. performance boost will be there.

For those who are concerned with heating issue..
There is no heating issue in normal use..
Heating while gaming,editing,etc..
For this if you have an AC in your room..the problem will be solved..
also we can use cooling pad , if you dont have an A/C.
I was initially very happy with this device but after only just over two years the display failed. I've never seen a display damage on its own, and then on a laptop that was always open and never moved. Dell wants 357€ for the repair or 180€ just for the display. In my opinion, this is far too much for a device that originally cost less than 500€ new. I won't be buying a Dell a second time - what a pity.
