- Finally I am back once again this time giving you the viewer a long requested nation that many of you wanted me to play since I started this channel. The nation of Muscovy.
The challenging part with Muscovy is surviving the initial early game before you form Russia. There are players around us as this Multiplayer eu4 and it truly will be a challenge just to survive.
Will I end up victorious or will this enter the failed campaigns playlist. Figure out in this video where I play as Muscovy and possibly form Russia.

Nice counter-offensive there against Lithuania, he lost way too many troops after the first battles and couldn't really recover. great move habibi!
love the war with Lithuania (and to a lesser extent the other players in the lobby ) being kinda over cocky and Habibi proving them all wrong. Plus breaking the meta and showing that quantity is a good idea group when used right.
You fought the first war ve lithuania the same soviets did vs the Third Reich and Russia vs Napoleon, scorch the earth, give up cities and gather armies in the meantime, then lauch counter attack. Essentially utilizing the size of the country to buy time

@@youtubeadministration8037 That's exactly what they did against the third Reich. Hold up to Moscow and Stalingrad and then launch a counter-offensive. A fighting retreat all the way. Until they could push back with overwhelming manpower.
@@MrBerten1 no soviets tried to hold of germany but that failed they constantly got beaten and beaten they pushed back when winter arrived
@@aguy3664 the tactics they used were simply a more modern form of what happened in other wars. They couldn’t just give up all the land for free when they needed resources like oil to win in the future. They still burned down towns as the retreated but held up the Germans by not freely given land
The Soviets definitely wanted to hold the nazis back on the border, but Stalin was adamant they wouldn't attack so he ordered most of the Red Army to move off their fortifications on the old polish border to occupy unfortified eastern poland/western ukraine/bielorussia. THEN they got smashed and had to do a fighting retreat.
Hell March in the middle of the video made me want to play CaC again...
absolutely loved this video, shows how you won by display of composure, game knowledge and a bit of creativity very hyped to see more of this soon to be powerhouse Russia :)

We love your campaigns! It would be nice if you went through all the mainstream countries when 1.34 comes out. France, Castile, Ottomans, England, Portugal, Brandenburg, etc.

I always hear about how the endgame is terrible because of the sheer spam and micromanagement you have to do but nothing feels better than just completely overwhelming even megablob countries like the Ottomans or Russia, it's just so fun and that's why I actually always play to the end of the game

my question is how do you survive as muscovy if theres a polish player that goes commonwealth , what if he just nation ruins you early?
You should be a lot stronger by the time he reaches tech 10 plus you should have already attacked him before that since he has bad starting ideas for war and Lithuania would be AI PU

I understand it's just a game but I just don't enjoy playing with people who break their word. This is a diplomacy simulator and your dishonesty in one game makes you less trustworthy in all future ones.
Deception is part of the fun though…
@@AbsoluteHabibi I think sometimes you have to lie like if someone is scaling to much or if you know they are lying too, but I just value people's word a lot because this is all intangible and words are all we have.
