So stats from Associated General Contractors suggest that about 13% of US projects use "pull planning", which is one part of the Last Planner System(R).
Hate to be contrary about Lead scheduling ..... but It is based upon just-in-time scheduling utlized in manufacturing. Anyone who has experience in construction would never rely on that method if he or she is interested in making the schedule work
