I like the seat-mount. Looks like a ton of range to slide forward or back. Not all of us are built such that our knees and feet line up properly over the pedal when the seat only has an inch of adjustment. Note - The more expensive the spin bike - the more painful-looking the stock seat. Bikers all seem to prefer the kind that requires surgery to remove at the end of a long ride. Go figure.
