I wish I can help wit advice. But na Naija I dey. It’s d pump from ur insurance co. I used when I had my babies. I guess it’s Lansinoh. The mobile pump is not for regular pumping it’s for when u are on d move. The other one, u sit and u are relaxed while pumping, I guess and when u are relaxed u get more milk.

Oh ok now I understand, because when you are moving around your body is not settled so you get less milk
