    static stretching after workout may not help but foam rolling before/after will help definitely

      Hello. I am suffering the same. And believe me nothing works from workouts. But I had started hijama i.e cupping therapy near knee areas which gave me relief. Please go for it once. Keep it on ur mind that hijama need consistency to completely get rid off the problem. Though I had experience relief after my first session.
      I still go for hijama. It's a mind blowing n miracle therapy.
