halo sobat kalau base putih itu plastisol atau water based
Bergantung keselesaan bos, saya test setakat ni warna plastisol tak tanggal guna waterbased sebagai base putih, jika plastisol white tu dia punya opacity tinggi boleh guna terus, kalau opacity rendah mau 3 layer juga mau betul white so akan jadi tebal, bos kena try yang mana ikut keselesaan bos, test dulu dengan basuhan/ketahanan jika nak run job

22.5 angle lpi depends on design you can check on description
boleh tahu berapa suhu dan masa bagi semi cure setiap colour?
Lingkungan 120°C - 160°C, untuk final cure ink plastisol wajib cure 160°C
@@paduugeng sy semi cure 140 degree celcius..dan final cure 160..tapi kenapa ink doting kecik2 halftone mcm xberapa lekat ya? satu lagi baju berbulu...ada cara nk atasi tak?

@@mrzstudios4699 sehingga ink kering untuk dry on dry, untuk final cure suhu 160 masa lebih kurang 5-10sec.. cure mesti rata jika tidak bila basuh ink plastisol akan tanggal..

So fucking slow, OMG! And you're not getting good ink coverage on the initial pass on a brand new screen, as can clearly be seen from that first pass with white.
