Hey Amy and Eric. Like the elevation. Ing. Amenities right across the street 🙌🏼. Nice open concept. Huge dining area. Cozy kitchen. Agreed. Peninsula is long. Appreciate the powder bath. Unique stair placement. I like. Good size guest bedrooms. Love window seats. Stackable laundry. Good size primary with balcony. Good size closet. Oh. A tub and shower. I would remove the tub and make that a linen closet. Townhomes are nice re: the maintenance of the grounds. If they made more 1 story townhomes with backyards to accommodate a pool; or guess I’m asking too much but a pool per cluster of adjoined townhomes 🤷🏻♀️. Thanks for sharing 🤗

In my city of Santa Clara, California home prices are still sky rocketing. I did hear that insurance rates in Florida is also sky rocketing. That is causing home prices to decline in Florida. How are people able to purchase homes in Florida? With the higher insurance rates.
