Hey Poly, find a shade sail, hook it up to the truck or a big umbrella. Slip slop slap bud. Nice sale's. Thanks for sharing your morning endeavours. 😊😂
Yooo! Best idea actually! I’ll get a Kings camping awning for the truck 👌
Ho g
Mein aapke sath job karna chahta hun
Mein bahut garib hun please help mujhe bhi job de
Pohly, it's great to actually see you in person. We rarely get to see your smiling face!! Cheers!!
😊
Polly, that's great that you saved all that from landfill & made some money😎 Bet the Mrs was happy to see your empty ute when you got home too😁 plus you donated some things too💪😎 ALL ROUND GREAT DAY😎
She loves the space we have now 😁
Interesting video. Good to finally see you and have a face to go with the voice.....keep it up!
I totally agree! Flea markets and extreme heat do not work well together
Thanks for showing us this. Now I understand a lot better why you are so interested when you find shoes in good condition.
Flea market, this is a good option. Donating unsold leftovers is also useful and helps others. Now we also know why you took away the tables and the empty plastic bags from the garbage heaps. Well done mate.
Thanks O! 🤙🤙
I hope you saw what people were buying as they walked around with their purchases in hand. It should give you an idea of what to save from those piles of treasure you pick from. Trash is cash.
That was great. Made more than when you pick and go to dump but imagine it is alot slower going. I think the umbrella idea is great maybe a battery powered fan that mists would be great also. Do they have them during cooler months? Love the way you talk to inform what/why you do things. I am in US but watch your videos more than any other. Thank you 🤙🤙
Thanks for the advice and your support Merrie 🙂 They do have them basically all year as long as it’s not heavy rain.
Amazing, saving all those shoes from landfill and making money off the back of it! Great work mate, you are an inspiration!!
Cheers mate I appreciate that 🙂
Hi again, Mr Poly.
Market tips, Keep all small paper monies for change, to use at Market.
Night before market....
Load truck, Tables in LAST = First Out.
Morning,
Cash for Change, load Drinks, Snacks, have site fee ready.
Keep expensive items at back of tables.
Thanks for the tips Joe!
I love this we need more of this. cant wait see your next video thank you Poly for all the hard work you put into all your video's
Cheers Shaggy! 😁
Really enjoyed this video! Hard to think about how hot it is for you when it's so cold up here in Canada 🇨🇦
I think that was a great payday plus you cleared up space for new stuff found. And the stuff donated helps people in need. And I think a big umbrella to help keep you cooler. Question do you all have yard sales in Australia?
We do have yard sales, or garage sales, though our location isn’t great for them. Papas house would work better but the market is closer and would get the most traffic 🙂
Loved that you saved so many good shoes from the landfill and made a nice chunk of change in the process. If you do it again try to take a large umbrella for shade and lots of ice water.
What a unique and rare video on selling in market. Made mine 50 years ago, changed my life, still selling used shit, but nowadays online. But market sales were way more fun and brought much more money. Online is just easier.
Thank you so much 🙏
Thanks for taking us along Poly! Good job re-homing stuff and making some good dosh in the process! 😃👍
Thank you mate! Heaps to learn but that’s part of the fun 😊
Well done I've watched a lot of Flee market videos its amazing what you can sell from things that were lying on the curb
Hi Poly, nice to see ya, wish you the best. Stay safe
Thank you! You too!
Well done Polly enjoyed the video and keep up the good work. Make some extra cash.
Amazing you work polly nice 👍👍👍
The thing here being that these customers are getting quality product. Very discerning and critical consideration of these shoes from hard rubbish piles. Doesn't have to be executive retail standard, but the crap has been excluded at point of collection. And the charity shop is getting the right gear. Too often with these opportunity shops some amateur do-gooder friend of a friend will try shoe repairs and they haven't done a professional job and used weak glue instead of secure tacks and someone pays five bucks for footwear from an opportunity shop which looks the goods but then falls apart again with the first wear and with nil warranty.
Good sale shoes
Here Sydney, the weather is very nice.
No hot,not cold.
Have nice day.
Hope my daughter doesn't suffer from the hot weather 😂.
She is now on holiday there.
Brother you went to the market 👌 that's awesome, Sunday was stinking hot 🥵
You got that right my bro! 🥵 🙏
Very nice payday. I didn't realize used shoes sold that well. Nice video
Hi 👋👋👋👋👋👋my friend great new, short and sweet video 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Ive often sold at flea markets in Germany, it's important to use a red tablecloth, that attracts people. I always put up a 3 x 3 meter pavilion and when it's hot I put a bucket with water and a bubbler in it, that attracts people
Thanks for the advice Frank 🙂
I just want to say it was great to see the face behind the voice love ur videos x
Nice to see you getting a good pay day and good on you for donations you made I hope you are going to do more of these videos at the market today 😊
I really like this one Poly. Love to see you get useful things from the piles and give great deals to people who can use these items. Your a good dude my brother. I totally get the heat situation. I am in the southern part of the state of Georgia, near the Florida border. Man it gets hot here. Even after 13 years here I am still not acclimated to it. I am originally from Buffalo in New York state. Lots of snow and cold. Now I feel like a polar bear dropped into a heat wave.
Thank you Doc 🙏
amazing video poly it's amazing to see you doing market today hope yu get alot money 💵
It was nice to see a face, when all we hear is your voice. I wouldn't be able to go out in that heat but warmth is still better than the temps we have in Wisconsin(U.S.A.), especially in Winter months, have you ever seen snow or dealt with frigid temps, sometimes below -30 with wind chill?
My first time seeing you finally do a fleamarket selling. 👍🏻👍🏻🤙🤙
Hopefully more to come 😊
Nice, something a little different. Great job, that's a good pay rate for 4 hours. Maybe next time "End of day closing sale" "Everything $1.00". Cheers Poly, have a great week. 👍
Awesome you made money. Loved to see another side of your scrapping. Plus got to see how handsome you are 😄. Another great video thanks
😊 thank you
I’m so excited!
Drinking liquids will help. Also, wetting a cloth to put around your neck will help. It may be better planning the sales posting on your local selling sites and getting to flea markets in the cooler times of your year. Be safe out there!
Thanks for the advice 😊
Well done Poly, making a few $$$ and donating some to Vinnies. Do you have a Ezyup canopy for next time, that will at least keep the sun off you. Keep up the good work mate.
I actually took a gazebo but thought I could beat the sun. I’d definitely do that differently 😅
@@PolyProphet yeah the heat is a nasty thing.
I love seeing what you find in the trash. In the UK flea markets are called car boot sales although we don't get a lot of high temps, when it's that hot one or two parasols are essential plus a wet towel draped around the neck.
I sold at flea markets for quite a few years. One thing I learned quickly was to put all goods on tables. A lot of potential customers don't/can't get down low. Setting out and putting away is also easier on you when you use tables. You can even put the crates straight onto the tables, people don't seem to mind sorting through them.
I think you're doing the right thing keeping your prices low especially if you don't have space to store lots of stock.
Thanks for the advice 😊
Not in general works good with tables, depends on what you sell. Sometimes gabble boxes are better, makes the buyer feel the mystery, adventure hidden finding feeling. Imagine that a lot of people go to market to make an adventure, not to buy ordinary useable goods.
Morning Poly looks like great time at market but hot you say . We're warm here to in Texas not much cold yet. Keep making great videos thanks
Thank you mate 🤙🤙
This would have all went to the dump. Yet you gave it life ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Glad you made some money from your hard work scrapping. Suggestion for next swapmeet. Take a chair, large umbrella , lots of water. and food. I used to take in WA . Also OTHER SWAPMEETS what not sold there. Do it 2- 3 if not sold then donate.
Great advice mate. I had it all but I thought I could beat the heat and not put up the portable gazebo 🤦
Well done, good payday! Loved it. ❤️💙
Thanks so much!!
More like this please-well done, ''Its always better to give than to receive.".
My favorite part everytime i go to places.i always find something like thrifting..farmers market and all,,teaching my hubby to save loool..thats a good one sir, saving things and make cash..God bless you always
We think alike 😁
Hi well done. You did the right thing by donating it.👍
Great nice to see you poly
Thank you 😊
hope it was worth it-you are very good looking! who knew! love your videos-just wish you would pick up more art work and trinkets!
I’ll work on diversifying this year. Thank you 🙏
Not a bad payday for 4 hours. But I’m like you can’t take the heat. Lol you did good. Nice donation too. Enjoyed. 🥰
Thank you 🤗
Привет Поли, я просто обожаю это видео. поздравляю с ценой, у вас там хороший рынок👍
Awesome work cuz❤️love it
Aww shot cuz! 😊
Save a large umbrella or free standing awning during your curbside pickups. Provide some proper shade for yourself.
Thanks for the advice Brock 🙂
Nice change of pace , suxs it was so hot , from the states on the east coast of jersey and follow the infamous scrapfarm channel -lol - but it was good to put a face with that voice , keep the good work/vids - big fan.
Yeah Bert’s the man! Thanks for the support mate 🤙🤙
Hello Mr Prophet, I think you did very well considering you sold the shoes so low at only $2-$4 a pair. Only being there two or three hours if you could have tolerated the heat another hour it would have been another hundred maybe. I know I can not tolerate the heat. A good learning experience and we’ll see you collecting more shoes I hope.
I agree with everything you are saying! Thanks for the support 😊
Poly ist Es so warm Bei euch Hir Wetter nicht Gut finde Das Klasse was Du machst Grüße aus Deutschland 👍👍👍
Thanks mate 🤙🤙
BRAZIL ,,, RJ ,,, boa tarde amigo Poly , acabei de curti e compartilhar....
Thank you so much Fernando 🤙🤙
Awesome day for a payday 😊 i had a yard sale last summer and it was so hot 🥵 I swore that was my last one but I did it again because people love a bargain and I like the extra 💰 cash it brings
Very good job 👍
Maybe a portable fan with a spray bottle attached and an umbrella for the heat but you made good money for 4 hrs I would say
I took a portable gazebo but thought I could beat the sun. I would definitely use it or an umbrella next time 😅 Thanks Annalynn
@@PolyProphet I use to do lots of flea marketing when I lived in Florida sometimes the heat was unbearable but thankfully there was some shade there have a great one friend 🤙🏼🥰✝️
I admire your hustle. Too bad about the heat though.
Now that I've seen you, I'm an even bigger fan 😉😊 Damn, you look good! Great to see you doing the market. 35 bucks seemed a bit high for one spot but from the look of it, it looked like about 3 regular parking bays? It's quiet everywhere atm the markets in Perth were all quiet last weekend. I prefer markets where the organisers aren't nazi's, making you wait in line and telling you where to park lol There are usually better markets, shop around. If you have good stuff, the buyers will find you and those markets end up thriving because buyers have more relaxed sellers, lob in through the night, eat a burger and sleep in the car or chat to other vendors, park wherever you like etc but that's just my preference. I don't like authoritarianism, look at the last 4 years, Mark McGowan makes me want to puke but I'll leave politics right there lol 😆 You're a nicer person than me though. If anyone tells me where to go, I usually tell them where to go and head off on my merry way 🤣 Shoes, Nikes are what they're after, sure that's not news to you. They won't pay much but there's a lot to be said for quick flips. Donating on the way home? Now that's where I can learn from you, I aspire to be as organised as you are. The heat omg I'm not even going to tell you what happened to me yesterday but let's just say I won't be a member of RAC for much longer. Totally useless, I nearly died after 4 hrs, would have been longer if the tow truck driver hadn't dropped me near home, lied to so many times, disgusting, tried to charge me for things I was entitled to and told me I'd have to find my own way home (nope, that was another lie). Seriously, all they do now is charge a battery, that's it. Totally useless for anything else, they have your car towed. I have my own set of jump leads so keep asking them, what am I paying them for? And the pressure they put on me to have them do the repairs haha I'm not THAT stupid 😂 oops rant over
Yes the space is about 3 car spaces. I could squeeze another table in where I was sitting. Sorry to hear of your car troubles and being trapped in the heat. I’d crack it for sure
Another good video love it
Get a cover for next time..I started going to the AUCTIONS again on Friday..2 hours before they close they they whole tables of stuff 2 weekend ago..I got 3 tables for 25 each bid..and Saturday morning I put it all in the truck and went to the flee market..made 786..sold everything for a dollar each..lmfao it been 2 years from the last time I did this..money..money 😀 😄
Wow! Nice work bear 😃
I sell at festivals and I make sure I only do spring and fall because the heat makes me feel sick . You need a shade of some kind for sure. It does lool like you were very successful though!
Thanks Christine 🙂
Cool, meine Fragen werden beantwortet, obwohl ich Sie eben erst in einem anderen Video gestellt habe. 😅
😊
😔
Nice change up - well done, would definitely use a sail cloth for some shade
Good call!
Aklımda bir kaç soru vardı ve bu videoda cevaplarını aldım. Güzel iş. Tebrik ederim. 🤗
Thanks for the ride along! Nice to see how you unload your footwear inventory. Maybe bring an umbrella with you next time😅. Bro Poly are you a Pirates baseball fan?
I’m a fan of their hats lol I don’t follow baseball. I like that the colours match mine and it’s a P for Poly 😁
Enjoyed that mate, for a Poly you dont do well in the heat lad hahahaha
Defo do more of these!
Haha this is a different type of hot. There’s no sea breeze and it’s 40c in the shade. Yuk 🥵
Wow you have many stock of shoes I like your shoes size 43
Thank you for sharing
Really loved the market 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻💖but you need a money belt to save digging in your shorts👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💖💖and I saw your face 😂😂😂😂😘
Good pay day!
Schönes Video Danke Günter
Different Video Friend . Very Good. LIKE from Argentina ✌️🇦🇷
Thank you very much!
I hope you do more flea market video's! Get yourself a pop up tent to protect yourself from the sun.
I hope so too 🙂
Is that Dandenong Drive In? . Ahh the memories
Yes it is 😁
I enjoyed going to the flea market with you. Nice to see this part of your trash picking enterprise. (Is that a Pittsburgh Pirates ball cap you’re wearing?)
Yes it is a pirates hat! My favourite hat 😊
@@PolyProphet I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, and have been to many Pirate games. ⚾
Great video
Keep it up brother thats only way to make money keep those videos coming through
Thanks my bro 🙏
Nice video Poly, but you have to take care of youre self better. Use an umbrella and a box for youre change. Lock youre car. When you are busy with a " client", someone else opens youre car on the other side and gone is youre money.Allways have youre change in front of you, or in youre pockets.
Thanks for the tips! 🙂
😮
Awesome

Any converse?! Did you save them?! Please do the next time you see any! I'll take them There were tons of pairs! a few black, a red, a white, they looked all about my size, please give them to me, not others. I run a hobby where I reuse old converse for better

Poly отличное видео.Приглашение в силе, у нас не жарко.
I think you posted a video a long time ago, selling shoes, toys, etc. on the market. When is the next one? Thanks
Not sure tbh. The market closed down recently
