I feel like you'd be better off living in the cottage on the side and then just designing and building up the castle on the land behind you. It can serve as the servant's quarters or something once you move into the castle! But then you don't have to keep changing and adding on each time you want to build more of the castle. Just a thought!

I've done yard sells with the nectar and the trick is to not talk to anyone and just wait, you can mark up the prices to 300% and they'll buy in no time. Just be in the Horse Ranch World for this to work! And the Strawberry nectar is the 2nd highest valued nectar besides the vitality nectar! (The vitality nectar can sell for almost 100k+ at 300% markup when it's finely aged)😊
Also 100% markup means it’s twice the price. You marked it up 100% more than its original price. :)

The lot challenge wild prairie grass (in the same category as simple living and off the grid) would be very helpful I think!
i think you only get a limited number of prairie grass spawning with the challenge tho - something like 12? better she just place as many as she wants down

Just as an FYI: 100% on the selling table means 100% *INCREASE* so it will be worth *twice* the price of selling it in the inventory
loving this series and that we get to revisit old sims. i loved lavender and archer so it’s cool to see you play as their daughter. i hope this series stays 💕

AAAAWWEEE I'm so happy to see my sim in your game, hope you enjoy it! Just a little backstory for Andrew, he was actually Briar's servant when she was living in her parents' castle. I assume he ran across her neighbourhood as Briar's dad sent Andrew to find her and return home to princess duties (possibly).. he could also resist and stay with her to help with the new castle and reveal his true feelings. But this is just what I had in mind for his storyline, of course you can interpret it your own way♥Other king's spy-servant is also kinda spicy :>>

You should use the new crystal creations stuff to craft with all the crystals you found fishing! And then you can sell it on your selling table.

There is some really cool CC for like medieval toilets and sinks, and a wooden tub for showering haha. Maybe you could get that for the bathroom!

I've found that when I'm selling on the table with yard sales that talking to the sims that come to buy only interrupts their ability to purchase things. Might do to attempt it one more time but just not converse with the sims at all and see how it goes? I've have plenty of luck selling nectar, juice, stones, gems, even produce on my tables at 300%. I'm not sure, but my guess is that a higher charisma skill works better with the give a sales pitch option, tho I find my sims sell well enough without doing that. Good luck! Love your all your series!

I started my own rags to riches after you posted the first video in this series and what helped me the most was having a beehive to sell honey and canning different vegetables I grew!! I also found having a cow very convenient for the simple living lot trait! Absolutely loving this series so far and can’t wait for more!!

You can sell your wine to Roberto in Chestnut ridge Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. I think he shows up around 1pm
You should switch your aspiration to nectar making that way you get aspiration points for the reward store. Only for the time being. Also switch your house to tiny house. You'll gain relationships faster and skills faster.

idea: the servant was sent by the king to spy on her. the king is suspicious of her since she bares resemblance to someone he once knew. somewhere along the way the servant catches feelings 👀

I think once we build the castle you keep the little cottage we’re in now as like the ‘gardeners’ house. So sometimes she can sit in her castle and look out and reminisce about her cottage days and think about how far she’s gotten! Just a lunchtime binge thought!

Watching other simmers I think they've found that it's harder to sell when using selling tactics at the selling table. So, really the best policy is to just stand there and let people decide to buy stuff.

If you place a roof on the ground, you can put a door in it so it will be a cute triangle roofed greenhouse!🌱 You don't need to speng cash on the walls! And you should buy vegetable seed packages so you can make more foods🥗
for the selling table, the sales pitch dialogue doesnt really do much besides raise your charisma. i think if you have higher charisma it works better, but i still have people refuse to buy and just walk off, so i only use that dialogue to get my charisma up and let the sims do what they want otherwise.

castle name: thornebelle castle or castle thornebelle (could also be spelled thornbelle), whichever way you want it, after both briar's last name and belle the chicken!
