These recycle challenges are some of my favorite episodes!!!! Yes they're difficult but I just love the creativity and how the designs look. You all (noob v pro, M.M., workshop hunters, and any other series with friends) make relativly good looking vehicles majority of the time but to me it gets boring. I like this, its creative, unpredictable, wacky, and refreshing. You never know what you get and even if you had the same pieces of trash (or maybe call them scraps? Just an idea...) you'd still never end up the same. It's really fun for me to watch and I'd like to see more of this. I'd like to see versions of this with builds that were not originally vehicles such as a house or a pixel art statue or somthing non vehicle related to also be "scrapped". If possible I'd like to take stuff I've made to make a pack for you all to download to be blown up. I have alot of failed "inventins" that I think would be fun but thats besides. Anyways I just love these challenges and id like to see variations of this. Maybe even piston versions with no standard engines allowed or somthing I dont know but I like the recycling challenges please do more they're so refreshing

You have to do blindfolded race! In such way that you'll build in turns and one instructs the other to make a vehicle for themselves. That would make incentivize to give as good instructions as possible.
You should do a challenge where you use the cars from this video and improve them using points you get by doing small challenges or minigames then race the improved cars

idea for mm.. another team race for 4 people.. two people for each of the 2 cars.. each person builds one half of the car split front to back, one seat one electric engine and 2 wheels each, weld the two halves together and race. both people have control of their half of the car meaning one person controls the engine and steering on their side only.
This reminds me of this old show called Scrapheap Challenge. Think IRL Scrap Mechanic. They once had a giant car launching trebuchet that completely fell apart when they tried to use it.
I have an idea, a race with random parts -There would be 4 categories blocks, wheels, engines, and other. (other will include anything like thrusters or suspension) also; explosives are acceptable options for a block, and barrels are acceptable options for the wheel category. For each category participants will pick one part, and put it in a row that will randomly light up the area around one part using logic gates when a button is pressed. Each partipant will have to roll for a random selection of parts based on which area lights up. (Do you pick good items in the hope that you get what you'd like, or do you pick items to mess with other participants?)
I think a good challenge you both can do that'd be interesting, is similar to this one, but with random FAN creations Picked by the other person. So kAN would pick 1 item for Kosmo, and Kosmo would then pick something for kAN. Have a set amount of creations each of them could pick, & the order of picking/showing which 'parts' (creations) to use is zig-zagged. whoever Goes first, would be 3rd for their Second pick. Like they do in the Multiplayer Monday Series. ( sorry for the long comment.)

If you're on this spirit, then you should do the lootbox challenge with him where there are boxes with pieces and the rules are the same, but bearings are only the number you get on the boxes, also, all pieces need to be used.
Do a piston race where everything is made of pistons. Rules: Pistons can be extended in the build. The only parts that are not pistons are car seat, controller, and bearings.
Big, heavy cargo container, have to pick it up and deliver it to a destination, while the other person attempts to steal their cargo. Must be able to fight and carry a cargo container! Check the workshop for "PRECIOUS CARGO"!
Word shaped vehicles: NOOB for Kosmo and PRO for kAN. The O letters are the wheels. Each vehicle will have twice the word so that Kosmo can get 4 wheels and kAN 2 wheels.

Instead of building blindfolded, race blindfolded. You could have a course with solid walls, sensors, and alarms to warn you of imminent impact.
