Senna was a hard man on the track and pushed the technology of the cars to the limits, Same mentality of astronauts, fighter pilots and high speed record holders.
I never agreed with the manslaughter charge but it maddens me to hear the unstable car theory perpetuated 30 years on. Sorry, he's either in denial over a negligent modification made to the steering column or he's a great actor.
He can't admit it because of all the implications - Williams decided at the time what the story was going to be and they kept it. The onboard footage going static at the crucial point is at minimum suspecious.
the man has designed a vast majority of the best F1 cars of all time, starting with pencil and paper. I'm going to cut him some slack on certain details lol (it did catch me as well :))
Was a legend and ya kno there wasn't a broken bone on senna there's already a good doc/film simply called senna it's either on prime or Netflix also practice day before same track a driver died surprised that's not been mentioned 😢😢 his funeral all of Brazil lined the streets what a driver he was my hero n legend R.I.P Ayrton ❤
The black weekend Ruben nearly died that weekend aswell 200mph crash he swallowed his tongue! And senna said that year he said the season would have lots of accidents 2nd qualifying that weekend in only his 2nd f1 race ratzenberger crashed at 314kLph and died on the spot that race should of been cancelled but money was more important to F1 bosses !!!
Patrick Head and Adrian Newey chose to omit the facts, they know it but if they'd admit it they'd likely be condemned in the manslaughter charges... Aero or tyre slow puncture? C'mon, the two Williams car had done countless laps up until then (since free practices and qualifying sessions), including race laps from Senna and a full race distance from Damon Hill without a single hint of an issue - easy flat "corner". Slow puncture cannot be since Ayrton exits last corner before opening the lap completely normal, and approaching tamburello flat out as usual - he would've felt any difference had it been a puncture and we would've seen some sort of reaction from him. To make the car go suddenly completely straight like that it would've had to be a big pressure loss very suddenly which there's zero evidence of, including Senna's driving not reacting at all from such possibility.
I think it's just his habit if you watch the full interview you'd see he has been doing it since the start ua-cam.com/video/JvkzUzpWuo4/v-deo.htmlsi=FGvCfvMNi9iooNIb
Listening to this and finding out that Senna caught a snap on the lap before is fascinating to hear. Always thought it was a broken steering column that caused the crash but probably looks like a slow puncture cause Senna wouldn't not catch a snap the 2nd time.
Because it was they are lying. If he admitted it the manslaughter charge would be back in to play. Senna wanted changes to the steering column before the race. It was not welded on properly or something and it snapped when the car bottomed out during Tamburello. He was not turning at all before he hit the wall the car went straight on which meant he had no steering. A puncture or suspension failure would dissetle the car and he would have likely ended up in a spin. Its what happened to Nelson Piquet in the same corner he didn't go straight on into the wall.
So let’s get this straight …senna could have been killed by a slow puncture ….making him bottom out and lose control ….terrible accident …then admits to sending out two cars knowing that the tyres could potentially fail ….but that’s ok because the gamble paid off …wtf
Senna died because williams modified the steering bar column not because of the nonsense you saying..adrian newey was responsible for the design of the car which was OK..williams is guilty for manslaughter dor the welding job not newey
Italian court says otherwise...he's gonna say what it legally benefits him..I don't think newey is guilty ...williams n the bad welding job are the responsible for his death...they paid for silence for x amount of years and that time expired...that's why legally now u can make documentaries wit the steering wheel column braking because that's what was proven in Italian court...so they can't send u a cease n desist anymore like they did for years from FOM..
It's distasteful to be advertising in the middle of this story.
5:26 to skip
Blinded by money I guess...
Yes.
So stupid
He has been dead for decades. Get over it.
I hate ads & always skip, if possible. But he had finished talking about Ayrton's accident when the ad came in.
Your ad is killing this! Place at the beginning as you seemingly have to do it
He has been dead for decades. Get over it.

The steering wheel turned but the front wheels didn't... The cause surely wasn't within tyres not gripping enough

Steering column failed 100%. The other suggestions are ridiculous.

When Senna joined Red Bull. Little bit of confusion there.
Williams, obviously.

@RevLimitBryan and he still does do it all on Pencil and Paper. A man who can visualise air flow.

David Brown said they seen the video footage onboard the next day, and said it was clear as day
Steering column snapped

Senna is coming on NETFLIX, I'am so excited............
Forever SENNA......
Netflix makes everything gay...
@@peekaboo1575 Like Nelson Piquet wanted to do with Senna (and still didn't move on from the guy)?
@@ErickSoares3 Piquet was bullying Senna for fun. Netflix does it for ideology.
What he says at the end of the interview reveals much about his own perceived involvement in Senna´s crash
If anyone wonders WHY he didn’t choose Ferrari, this is also WHY!!! Italians Treated him like a Criminal for over 10 Years!!!
Can a body language expert say why he touches his thumbs so much, anxiety?

I believe it’s a self-soothing habit, yes probably anxiety related.

Senna at Redbull???
that was 30 years ago so people can make mistakes
🧠💪🤝💯🙏
This feels AI generated. He would never mistake Williams for Red Bull.
