I been picking shaheen up I find him refreshing to play he’s easy I can just focus on fundamentals and other aspects of gameplay rather than learning my character so much ✌️ 😜

How the heck does he do the two kicks at 1:19 (double scorpion)? Isn’t that move only when rising???
The way ulsan plays shaheen is so technical it makes me not want to play him. Like i dont have the movement or defense to make any of that work.
Just practice
You don't need to have movement exactly like him, but the stuff he's doing works, so implementing some of what these guys do will make you better

@@christophercampbell4670 ngl ive been watching ALOT of his replays and while i dont see him slide a ton. He baits it a metric ton. Im guessing thats a product of high level play and i can just slide first bait later.

@@wonderman7166 idk maybe it’s just fun first glance but he doesn’t have anything that stands out in his kit to me but I’ve never played the character so idk

@@jgotnohoez04 a late reply, but in tekken 8 he has a LOT of things that make him stand out, for example he used to have very basic combos in tekken 7, but in tekken 8 his combo game is EXTREMELY flexible, he can go for extended wall carry with his ws3 loops, or if he starts a combo with his back to the wall, he can side swap mid combo now because he has a side swapping tornado move, his wall pressure is crazy because his db21 is a heat engager, his back 3 (+3 on block btw) on counter heat gives him a free db21 heat engage, his heat is amazing too with his new charge move he got (that he can buffer in during animations of other moves).
i can explain as much as i can but i heavily recommend watching the video that sephiblack made about shaheen not too long ago, he explains it far better than i can
