- In this video I will explain how to play Shaheen in Tekken 8 in a quick and easy format and demonstrate some combos!
Tekken 8 is a fighting game developed by Bandai Namco Studios and Arika. Bandai Namco Entertainment published the game for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on January 26, 2024. It is the eighth canon release and tenth overall entry in the Tekken series.

UPDATE: So i made a slight error in this video. His 4, 1 is no longer 11 frames like it was in Tekken 7 and is no 13 frames.. so he does not have an 11 frame counter hit launcher like I said in the video.. sorry! But 13 frames is still pretty good too!👌🏾 thanks to the guys in the comment section for correcting me.
4,1 is still 11 frames on startup, revisit it please, just do a standing 4 once and it comes out at 11 frames. At 13 frames u can do quick input f,b 2

Shaheen lowkey forces you to learn how to play on both sides with his slide. As a beginner this will take some practice. Throwin me on the right side is like shooting a basketball with the opposite hand lol. But he's so clean I gotta try him. Great video man. Helping out the people. Much love.

My Shaheen motto is "Always be buffering".
Little tip for Shaheen at the wall b1, b4 if you think they will tech roll or db3,4 b4 if they quick back roll are his most damaging wall enders that end with close oki. These can take your 70 damage combos to the high 80's. If you land his Charge d,u2 as a CH launcher in heat into his ws3 loop combo into wall splat b1,b4 well your looking at 113 damage and you look badass while doing it.
Nice guide, but it would have been nice to include input history. How do you do that little jump to get close into your opponents like you do at 5:44?

I actually prefer doing our hopkick from FC instead of WR2 for my mid launcher, it's 1f faster and only -13 instead of -17 on block
Makes the mixup safer if they end up blocking mid after all

That slide is not easy to do. I can’t do it consistently
It just takes practice! I made a video on his slide and some easy ways to do it if that helps!
