When my grandma passed away I stopped watching her videos for awhile. I don’t know, I feel so sad, Liziqi’s grandma reminds me of my late grandmother. I’m happy to finally say that today,

Roses are such a gift. My Dad was always putting in rose bushes wherever we moved to. And, of course, being a Navy family, we had to keep moving. A new family would move in to a home with the lovely rose smell all around.😊

I am sure her lady assistant will help her out. That's why she hired her and a videographer so she does not get too tired as solo production is very tiring.
She still needs to edit her videos. Some of the videos are shot few months ago. She keeps shooting a lot of footage to make sure she has enough content for her next few videos.

She is an artist. A true, pure and fine artist!
She tells story/stories in each of her video.
Inspiring. Mesmerizing. Captivating.
Most profoundly, no narrative is given and yet every video is understood, inspired and connected by many across the globe.
I stumbled into her video in early 2020. And wonder why a pretty girl would want to ruin her delicate hands working in the farm! I took a little time to find out her backgrounds. I was drawn to her and have upmost respect for her aesthetic, passion, and seeking for perfection.
Her early videos has shown her aesthetic direction and her vision but it'd be nearly impossible to accomplish with film cinematography that can seen in her current videos now. Glad to know she has a videographer now whom she could discuss her vision and give her creative directions.
The light in the video is amazingly good especially those at the kitchen. It is almost like an old-master painting.
Film Editing is a time-consuming process. Very technical. Kudos to her!

I don't remember where I read this, but in this video by liziqi I want to share with you.
I'm here to tell you something about her childhood and now. As far as I'm concerned, her mother passed away when she was little. Soon after, her father married another woman. Her stepmother was mean, she was like every stepmother you've read about in the fairy tales. Ziqi was forced to do all the housework, she didn't even get to go to school usually. Her grandparents were very supportive to her and protected her, they are the most important people to her. Her father passed away then, and Idk what happened to her stepmother after that. She then quit school and came to the cities to work as much as she could to help her grandparents. She has been a waitress, a DJ and all the other stuffs. But then, her granddad passed away, and her grandmother as you all see in the videos was sick. So she quit everything and came back to her hometown to take care of her grandmother although she knew that the finance would be a burden. She then figured out how to make a video. She made the video how to dye cloth by grapes' skin and people love it. She did all the work by herself and try again countless times. One video that is making Chinese noodles, everytime she has set the camera angle, the dough got dry and she cannot use it anymore. So she had to make the dough by scratch again and again to record. The dough that was dry, she then baked them into bread for her and her mother to eat. She then said that she was scared just looking at the bread for a while. When she had some money earned from the videos, she hired some camera men, just 2 or 3, to support her. But the fame and popularity have led to her lack of privacy. Papparazi, fly cams are all over her house, she feels really sorry and somehow guilty to her grandmother because of that. She suggested moving to another house but her grandmother told that she had lived in the house for her entire life, so she wouldn't want to move. Some people may say that the videos are fake, that she didn't actually do what was shown in the videos, she just shows her hardworking hands. Oh how I wish I could read Chinese! Then I would even better understand what delicacies Liziqi is making. Destilling rose oil isnt easy. Thats what makes it so expensive and therefore it has the name „liquid gold“. But 1 drop of rose oil can balance our female hormones after a rough day. It is also very useful in cosmetics. I. The Arabic world,rosewater is used for baking and cooking. And I dried my roses upside down just like shown by Liziqi in this video. I use them for a potpourri in my treatment room when I give massage therapy. My harvest was not enough to make jam or else. But I surely enjoy this video nonetheless.
