    I salute all call center agents! I worked as a call center agent 2years ago. 2company na try ko and I stayed only 2-3months. Super stressful,required multilinggual skills, multi tasking. And take note, it's not easy to passed the interview. Na declined aq of some companies. Grabe.
    Yung akala mo.nadali lang kasi naka upo lang sila facing the dektop with headphone pero sobrang hirap guys! It's more than a profession, it's a passion. Kasi kung d ka passionate magiging hopper ka lang. 😬😬😬

    Thanks for sharing. I started in accounting and administrative all the way up to Senior Financial Analyst. I'd rather communicate via e-mail or have a meeting in my office or leave a voicemail and I'll call them back when I'm available. I rarely have interaction with external stakeholder over the phone. I don't have enough patience talking via phone and especially I don't like repeating myself all the time. If I go back to the Philippines and apply for call center, I know I'll be fired in a week. But I salute the call center in the Philippines.

    nagtatrabaho ako sa BPO for 2 years now.
    Though its hard at first you will get used to it as time goes by.
    Those rejections na naranasan ko nun yun yung nakatulong sakin to grow more as a better person.
    Pag nagtrabaho ka talaga sa ganyang industry kailangan malakas ang loob mo.
    Ewan ko ba pag nasa labas ako ng office nawawala na yung English ko pero pag nakasuot na sakin yung headset tuloy tuloy na yung English ko😂😂😂 nakakatuwa lng si kuyang naka Tshirt ng green.
    Sobrang nakarelate talaga ako.
    My advise for those who wanted to work in a BPO industry. Don't lose hope kung mareject ka man for so many times lahat tayo nagdadaan jan. Alamin mo kung san ka nagkamali at wag mo na ulit ulitin yun sa mga susunod mong interview. Alam ko kaya nyo yan. Fighting😊

    Nakakarelate talaga ako sa mga newbies. I recently applied to a BPO company . Luckily, I passed the versant and final interview. After a day I signed for a contract but I didn't make it to pass the first week certication. Now I'm keep on applying again. The more experience ,the more development happens..

    Natawa ako don sa may magic ang headset ng sa mga BPO. 😂😂😂 I just wanna share na a few hours ago, first time ko kumausap ng customer. And natyempuhan pa na irate. Umiyak lang naman ako after the call. At medyo nakakahiya dahil ang laki ng sahod pero parang di ko magawa ng maayos yung trabaho.

    i love watching you guys.I just passed an interview 2days ago&I was told to keep my lines open for their call.I'm getting ready of stuffs needed to submit.I'm 40&single.nervous to start working dito sa pinas after working as an ofw fr 10yrs sa isang mnfg.comp.tho halos nalibot ko na lahat ng department ng company frm accts,purchasing,admin,sales,secretarial&etc.....I felt intimidated p rin to works here sa pinas! thanks sa vid nyo helps me to call down &get ready sana il survive the first days of training!

    first day sa training gumising ako 3am sobrang excited tapos sasabihin sayo ng trainer mo (buffer ka) nakalimutan ko na kung ano tawag dun so kailangan kung pumunta ulit sa recruitment center para sa panibagong account.
    Test ulit then another interview. Then nganga for 1month hahaha pero masaya

    Super enjoy po ako sa panunuod.sobrang thankful po na makapanuod ng gnitong video para sa call center ideas.
    Bisayan accent din po ako kaya un po ung ngng dahilan kaya nung first try ko po mag painterview sa Call center jobfest ng isang kilalang BPO company eh na refuse po application ko.Nakakalungkot pero alam ko gnun nmn tlg sa buhay hndi laging nakukuha ang gusto sa unang try plng,then after 4days tumawag po ung company na un then ininterview po uli ako thru fon at nainbitahang pumunta sa office nila for final interview uli,and finally nairaos ko po ng maayos ung final interview.This July 6 na po scheduled ng orientation ko kaya sobrang kinakabahan n po ako first time ko po mag wo work sa call center wala p kong idea kaya thankful na nakita ko po itong video nyo,this is a great help po.Godbless po.Thankyousomuch sa idea.

    Na-enjoy ko tong video na to sobra. Nakakarelate po talaga ako... coz I'd also experienced a lot of nakakahiyang moments whilst applying for a Call Center Agent. 8 times na po akong nag-aapply but still, 8 times bagsak. At feeling ko natutoto ako sa bawat pagbagsak ko, at unti-unti kong naboboost yung confidendce ko yung tipong bibihira nalang ako makakaramdam ng intimidation? that thing called. hahahaha

    Hi sir M.A kaka resign ko lng po sa work ko, and nagpaplano po akong mag work sa BPO Company. pero natatakot po ako kasi hindi ako fluent sa pagsasalita. ano po kayang pwedeng ma-advice po ninyo sa katulad ko na gusto pumasok pero at the same time natatakot din. salamat po sir M.A :)

    just need an urgent advice, how would you survive in a company that don't allow materials or things so training room pen and paper or smartphones or anything that might be involved for fraud/breach acts? (If you have experience before or what are your insights if you don't have one?)

    ako to be honest pero hindi po ako nag baBRAG pero never pa kasi ako naka try ma reject sa interview pero na realized ko kung bakit ganun, kasi nanatili parin ako sa comfort zone ko pero dahil kay @tnansyong na 7 times na reject YOU MOTIVATE ME!!!! But before entering BPO INDUSTRY hinahanda ko muna ang sarili ko. Nakaset na kasi ako na BPO where i want to establish my career ever since i was 2nd year HS(2004) pero tataposin ko muna ung kurso ko ngayun

    Lagi akong pasado sa interview, pero sa versant lang talaga ako sumasablay. Minsan kase mabilis magsalita yung foreigner sa phone tapos slang pa magsalita. Yung i-reretell ang story talaga yung mahirap kase nga once lang siya basahin over the phone. Much better sana kung twice, gaya ng choosing a choice sa letter E. Which is personal idea mo na siya na more on explaination.

    I'm also a newbie with regards sa versant test I dont think they allow cheat sheet kasi once your in the production na they won't allow you to use paper or what not that's their policy sympre we're dealing with foreign customer and it can be used to collect personal data or information of your client so biulang policy nadin nila to avoid information leak no one will use paper and pen or phone once your in the office na for privacy reasons nadin.

    My cousin work in a call center in the US and she earns $2,500 (take home pay) a month in a Food Delivery Service campaign, I don't get why BPO offers less here in the Philippines considering she also get the same benefits back there. Plus, she also can manage her own time, I mean she can logout anytime she wants (like if she feels like going to a gym or doing some groceries) then after that, she can go back to work.

      Call center companies wanted to save a great deal of money and at the same time lowering their standards by outsourcing to third world countries such as the Philippines, India and Bangladesh.

    omg same experience sa Versant, noong nag Versant exam ako isang helera den kame nung mga kasamahan ko tapos nung nag start na yung Versant, na intimidate ako sa mga ka helera ko kase mega english talaga sila, at dinig na dinig ko yung construction ng mga sentence nila yung parang ang well-constructed hahaahhaha then ako ma sobrang shookt talaga ako, kaya halos pabulong nalang ako sumagot and ang dame kong dead air kase ang bilis ko mag salita dahil sa kaba hahaha so after that day di ako natanggap and deserved ko naman 😂😂 dame ko kaseng dead air tsaka di talaga ako confident that time pa 😂😂

    Biggest problem in our country is the job-mismatch kaya mostly ng mga graduates students from college find it hard to find job in the line of their expertise instead the eagerness to help their family after graduating let them to work in bpo mostly ng mga cc sa bansa natin doesn't required experience and there's no discrimination talaga as long as you have good communication skills no wonder why our country taking the title as the BPO center instead of India. Kudos to this industry and that's true na maraming benefits and malaki ang sahod sa trabahong ito since na hindi nga nmn biro ang trabaho nila at sobrang stressful.       I doubt about sa no discriminations. Just a lot hearsay but i've heard from our friends that may mga plastic at nanglalaglag na katrabaho sa cc. TOXIC daw mag work sa CC?

    hahaha i remembered nung first application ko nka dress at heels pa ako .. kaloka! nung 2nd at last na nka tattered jeans at tshirt nlang ako :D dun mo malalaman yung first time bpo applicants nka formal :)
