    This 3 hour guided sleep meditation for insomnia will create the optimal conditions for deep sleep to occur naturally. In this 3-hour insomnia meditation for deep sleep, Ally will lead you through a guided meditation starting with a breath to soothe your central nervous system, a yoga Nidra style body scan. Followed by the optimal breathing pattern for falling asleep. Also mimicking what happens in the body when we fall asleep. Gradually beginning to welcome the thought waves/patterns that happen as we are falling asleep and also inviting dream imagery.

    I love your voice Allie. Your Nidra has been such a blessing to me. I just want to request that you do another long sleep one like this. I really like the long ones because it can take me a long time to settle...your work has saved me numerous times from both insomnia and also panic attacks. Thank you so much beautiful soul ❤

      This is 3 hours long!!!
      At what point am I meant to fall asleep??
      I love your voice and your yoda nidra sessions but I don't think this will work for me.
      I would need to wear headphones for this and definitely won't fall asleep while wearing them.

    Ally, I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful sleep yoga nidras. As someone who has struggled with sleep for a long time, they are a game changer. If I don’t fall asleep while listening to them, the rest they enable is still very restorative. It’s not only the beautiful content, but the tone of your voice and pacing of your words is deeply nurturing and soothing.     Hello! I could not sleep last night and around 3am decided to check out what was on your channel. I found this and was like WOAH. Three hours! Anyways, I did it and I fell asleep. I suspected that I would feel groggy in the morning from not sleeping well all night. But NOPE I feel great this morning as if I slept just fine. MIND BOWN. Thank you

      I play one after another, sometimes all night,as Im a light sleeper and often wake, hearing a calming suggestion, i can go back to sleep quickly

    I wasn’t sleeping, despite the sleeping tablets, this is the only thing that worked, and I had listened to two other meditations from other channels that didn’t work, only you! Thank you Ally!!xx

      So this helped you more than sleeping pills? I take too many every night, all different brands and mix them so they work, I'm now worrying about my kidneys as I've been doing this for years..I hope this can work for me too❤

      @@terrifacey omg...I stopped taking my sleeping pills for 3 nights now, I started on Monday. I've been doing this yoga every night for a week, I cut the pills down slowly. Ally is a gift sent from heaven..she's an absolute angel. I'm sleeping like a baby haha. How do I do a kidney detox? I'm sorry .I don't know too much about it💖

    Wow! So strange to wake up this AM and know that I started on another video but got to this one, possibly sleeping through an ad?! and two hrs in before I awoke and shut it off. Amazing!     Thank you, I love your yoga nidras, I usually do not make it past more than 15 mins of the sleep ones before either falling asleep or being ready to switch it off and sleep. I use them to get back to sleep in the middle of the night too. I recommend the videos to everyone!

    Did this one at 2 am this morning, found the voice a bit distracting, I've never heard a Nidra delivered so slowly but I suspect that was for a reason :) Thank You!

      Yes!! It generally puts people "out" as opposed to "awake and aware" like we'd want in a traditional nidra. Not a hard rule but tends to work on most people! :)

    I'm going to this for sure..I take so many sleeping pills, I'm worried Incase I damage my kidneys..I have a hard time relaxing and just don't how to do it but I'm going to try your videos. I hope they work ❤

      This can happen, I’m going to make others with a different type of white noise because occasionally there are people who get disturbed by the waves (many people get lulled to sleep by them but everyone is a little bit different)

      Its a question of balance. The voice goes up and down volume wise. Waves are nice but need to be softer. They are very good on the one hour. Need a decent sound engineer to balance it all out.

    Dearest Ally, my insomnia angel! Unfortunately for me this recording adds a weird, hissy sound to your otherwise soothing voice - must have been the space or the equipment where it was recorded. Too bad 😢because 3 hrs is sometimes the perfect wave to ride until dawn when it’s time to get up.

    Voice over is almost too soft. Have used your one hour too. Very good. But both have an issue.
    How do you turn off the auto replay ? Having got to sleep the restart can wake you up again

      Yes, I'm sorry about that. UA-cam had this great idea to turn ads on mid-roll on everyone's videos to make more money and now we are having to go through and manually shut them all off. It will take some time but this one is shut off now. Thanks for letting me know.
