You can open this as a regular After Effects project file.
Can you please help me figure out why this isn't working? I have 1 layer of text in a 16x9 comp. Selected the text layer and click on null. After clicking null it creates an 'AMD null 1' layer (above my test layer) and an 'AMD comp size' layer below. If I parent the text layer to the null 1 layer, then select the 'amd comp size layer' I am unable to drag the comp size around (like how it shows in your video), any ideas?
You need to temporarily disable expression for the Scale properties of the Comp Size layer.

Yes, but it is advisable to start making a layout with a 16:9 format. This will then work for any screen sizes.

ok am i just being silly why does this plug in not work for me?
the comp adjustments all seem to be locked, when i take away the scale expression it still still doesn't work as shown.

mega setup. just one major flaw: it doesn't adjust animations based on comp size.
Parent your animated layers to the auto resizing null layers and it should work.
@@thevideolancer no it doesn't. if i move an object horizontally from the left edge to the right it won't translate as soon as the new comp width exceeds the original width. try 1920x1080 vs 768x288

@@thevideolancer thanks for the offer, but my animation is too custom. had to adjust manually. for the rest i wrote some expressions with chat GPT to stick two null objects to the upper corners of the comp to maintain the same distance from the top/right/left edge, no matter the comp size. worked nicely. thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

ever since you moved to wizz it's a joke. The files suck. I might as well create everything myself. It'll be faster. How the heck can you not have a line height adjustment on the text tool.
I don’t quite understand what “wizz” is?
When you download from VideoHive the directions inside the create pack show that you need to download and create an account with WIzzyMotion. Then you need to activate the
pack using the purchase ID. It's a horrible experience and the way the new settings work you have almost zero control over font unless you use the exact same word count.
